Author has written 40 stories for Harry Potter, Chronicles of Narnia, Glee, and NCIS.
A bit about me: You can call me Shiloh. I'm 28, I cook for a living, I live with my sister and our adorable pets (2 small dogs, one large cat) in the western United States. I don't write much anymore, or I haven't in a long time, at least. Real life has sort of taken over but I keep thinking I'm going to post something again. Maybe? I haven't been writing fanfiction really the last few years. Life has sort of gotten in the way and I've just not been as interested. I still read it though! I am working on an original, fantasy universe I hope to set at least two books in. My dream is to be the next Tolkien. Ha. We'll see. When I get some more worked out maybe I'll post it on here and let you all have a look.
Currently fangirling over Lang Leaves, absolutely adore her poetry. Right now I'm reading her first book Love & Misadventure.
Also totally in love with Kenneth Branagh's Murder on the Orient Express. Holy crap guys it's so good. He's amazing so I guess that's no surprise! And... classic television. Magnum PI is my jam right now!
I think I covered all my favorites in film and television. I generally prefer television over films, as my Netflix queue will attest to, and usually only watch movies at the weekend. I've been sorting through my dvd collection recently, getting ready for a move across town, trying to downsize, and geez I can't believe how many movies I own!
Favorite Books: Hard to narrow down! Pride & Prejudice is a staple in anyone's fave list, yes? My own copy is worn and dogeared, certainly. Also, love Tolkien, The Chronicles of Narnia, The Hollow Kingdom Trilogy and, of course, HARRY POTTER. I am a HUGE fan of Harry Potter. I read A LOT of fantasy and mysteries. Quite fond of a good mystery.
Things I Love: Chocolate, blankets, music, my pups (chihuahuas), pillows, coffee and/or tea, slippers, caridgans, lip balm, blue, calendars, Van Gogh, diamonds, curls, pens, jeans, flowery scents, candles, journals/notebooks, angels, hats, scarves, word games.
Note: On journals/notebooks - not kidding. I have TONS of them. Everything from cheap $5 ones to a hand tooled Italian leather one I paid a disturbing amount of money on.
Things I Hate: Twilight. Ugh. I just - no. I hate it. So much.
See you around!
