Author has written 2 stories for Legend of Zelda.

Age: 19

About me: What to say first? I'm a big Zelda fan... obviously. I've been into the games for as long as I can remember, but have only really been into the community for a couple years. I've started writing fan fiction in my spare time, and I still have a lot to learn, but I think I'm progressing relatively well, but that's just me. I'm also a machinimator, and voice actor... and I'm in love with the most wonderful girl ever to walk this earth; Kiki Rukata, who has an account here as well. Love you sweetheart

I began a fanfiction a few years back... I believe it was good for a first try but ultimately fell short of what I wanted. I'm now writing a new fanfiction, and so far it's going really well.

I will graciously accept suggestions and criticism as long as it's constructive. If you don't like my stuff, please don't just tell me I suck. Give me a reason you don't like it. I can't correct it if I don't know what it is I did :).

Beta Reader: Fellow Fanfiction reader, writer, voice actor, and the love of my life; Kiki Rukata.

Favorite games:

The Legend of Zelda - Majora's Mask is my all around favorite due to it's dark backstory and the focus on character interaction, though I greatly enjoy Ocarina of Time's story (I so wish Nintendo would bring back the OoT saga), and Twilight Princess' gameplay. This is the best series ever made in my opinion, and what most of my fanfics will be focused on.

Final Fantasy - VIII, X, and XIII are are my favorites. VII is good, but I personally think it's overrated *braces myself for the knife which is no doubt about to be stabbed in my back*. But seriously, I like the game, but I truly don't think it's the best as everyone seems to believe.

Tales Series: Also known as the Tales of series. It's a lesser known RPG series having a much different style than most other games of it's kind. It features fast paced real time battles, memorable characters, and the infamous sometimes humorous, other times insightful 'skits' to add to the character development. Very fun... and I'd actually recommend the series over Final Fantasy in alot of cases.

Elder Scrolls: I really love Oblivion, but personally I think Morrowind is better story wise. Seriously though Elder Scrolls is one of the best open world adventure games out there. I'd recommend the series to anyone who likes a good medieval adventure game, and has the time to invest in the sheer length of it. Alot of my inspiration for cities, social and political structures, and religion in my stories comes from the Elder Scrolls. So yes... who else is looking forward to Skyrim?

MARDEK: I'm kicking myself for not adding this earlier. MARDEK is the collective name for a series of flash RPG 'chapters' created by an internet persona known as Pseudolonewolf. It is possessed of a very deep, vivid story with music to match and graphics melding what one would expect of a typical flash game, as well as paying homage to the old 8/16 bit RPGs like the early Final Fantasies. It's been the source of alot of inspiration for me as well, and those who have played it may well be able to pick up on some of the references...

Shameless Site Advertising: My girlfriend and I, along with one of our friends have created a group for stuff related to gaming, such as discussion, machinima, fanfiction, artwork etc. The site itself is coming along nicely but we've not been getting that many members due to a lack of much advertisement. I don't know if anyone really looks at my profile that much, but if you do, I urge you to have a look at the site and join if you wish to. It would also make it alot easier if anyone would like to talk to me on a more personal level about the story.

About my Fanfics: I write for a more mature audience... Period. Why? For one there's less restrictions on what you can and can't write, giving me more freedom, but also, it allows for more detail to be put into the work. I've always liked stories which can paint a picture with words so to speak, and those kind of stories can get kind of graphic at times, which may also lead back to the first reason. More mature themed stories simply seem alot more realistic to me... I don't necessarily mean the graphic stuff (Though that's a given) entirely, but they're also given more leeway for darker, and more suspenseful story tones which make things more interesting.

Genre Preference: Adventure/Romance

Supported Pairing: Link x Zelda (Legend of Zelda)
Squall x Rinoa (Final Fantasy VIII)
Tidus x Yuna (Final Fantasy X)
Lloyd x Collette (Tales of Symphonia)
Yuri x Estelle (Tales of Vesperia)

These are just a few examples. It would take too much time and space to write them all out. Long story short, I normally go for the pairing that is the canonical or at least the most implied. Some people might find this boring, but when it comes to fanfiction pairings, I like them to make sense. I don't really like the so called 'crack' parings, sorry. Also, I've nothing against same sex (yaoi/yuri) parings, but they don't appeal to me, so you won't find anything of that nature from me. I WILL likely make references to certain homosexual relationships in my stories due to realism and so forth, but don't expect anything too graphic to come from them.

Future Plans: Trials of the Heart: Divinus Minae has garnered a fair bit of support despite the few chapters that have been released in comparison to how long the story has existed. I already have plans for a second 'book' which will be directly tied to the first. I'd planned to only make two originally, but given how successful it's been I may actually continue it beyond that. I also still have plans for the more 'original' story I mentioned before, so I may end up writing two stories simultaneously when the time comes... if I can handle it.

Other info: My stories are also posted on other fansites as well. I'll post the current sites my stories are on.

Fanfiction (obviously)

(This will be updated if and when I submit my stories on other sites)

If you see my stories on any of the above sites, don't worry about it, but I will appreciate it if I was to be notified if an unauthorized site was to start hosting my stories.

Shameless Advertising for an Original Author: It seems painfully obvious to me that original authors don't seem to get a lot of love, so I thought I might as well endorse one here. My friend has started a rather engaging original story known as Through the Dark Book. I'm helping him with editing and such but he hasn't seemed to have gotten much traffic and is really wanting some reviews right now. I urge anyone who sees this to at least go check it out. You might even find a certain something that you recognize from MY work in there...

Here's a link to the first chapter:

Food for Thought:

"We are willing enough to praise freedom when she is safely tucked away in the past and cannot be a nuisance. In the present, amidst dangers whose outcome we cannot foresee, we get nervous about her, and admit censorship."

~E. M. Forster

One last thing, I don't have a set schedule for working on my stories, so there's no telling when a new chapter will be released. Sorry, but it seems like whenever I end up setting a time when something will be done, it never is.

Info for Zelda fans:

1. Stop arguing about which pairing is "right" or "true", and for the love of Nayru DO NOT try to say that your pairing is canon. That goes for you too Zelink fans. As much as it pains me to admit, being of the same stock, I know that most of the 'canon' arguments come from these shippers. There are NO canon love interests for Link. Link's role as a silent protagonist leaves it up to the PLAYER to decide what his thoughts are on any situation. That includes love interests. My point? We're ALL RIGHT. By all means, discuss your thoughts of why you support the pairing you do, but for all that is good, stop going at each other's throats about it...

2. Please stop bitching about how Nintendo is making Link right handed in the new Zelda games. The very reason for this is because most PEOPLE in the world are right handed. A left handed Link would be awkward in that sense. Moreover, who gives a crap about what hand Link uses his sword in? Link's a bad ass so as far as I'm concerned, he can use whatever hand he damn well feels like. Quit making such a big deal over something so trivial.

3. I'm tired of hearing the bullshit over how annoying Navi is. Is it so hard to figure out that the reason she calls constantly may NOT have actually been intentional, but more along the lines of a programming blunder on Nintendo's part? Also, consider that Ocarina of Time was the very first 3D Zelda game, and that most elements from prior games were completely different. Navi's seemingly 'obvious' advice was likely just an overdone attempt by Nintendo to explain these new elements and how they work. Honestly, I found Navi's advice quite helpful the first time I played the game. Her personality does not strike me as annoying... therefore I do not consider the character annoying.

4. Nintendo... if any of you are reading this, you are absolute idiots for taking your Megaton Banhammer to the Hero of Time Movie. Those guys put alot of time, effort, and money into that movie and they weren't getting anything in return for said time, effort, and money except for alot of happy fans. If you HAD to nail the coffin shut, why didn't you do it BEFORE they put all that work into it and completed it? Seriously, you had FIVE FREAKIN' YEARS to do something about it. Why wait until its done to destroy the developer's hard work? What? You don't do it so no one can? Seems like kind of a jerk move to me...

Ah rants... isn't it refreshing to just vent out those vein popping frustrations through writing? I'll add more to this as I think of it.

That said, I hope you enjoy my stories as I get better, and support and constructive criticism will be greatly appreciated.
