Welcome, have a fruit roll-up!
A little about myself. Just a little.
Age is relative. My chronological age rarely matches up with my mental one.
Where I live.
I live in Colorado. It's a nice place if you like mountains, snow, and "run for your life" hail storms.
What I do.
I work as a dog groomer. I love animals of all kinds (and have at least one of each kind living in my house. I could probably charge admission to pay the rent.)
I love to draw, paint, and sculpt, dust my manga collection a page at a time, watch my anime DVDs just to make sure they work, and learn things by spending way too much time on my computer. I joined this site to start another hobby, which is to get all these stories out of my head and down where other people will (hopefully) appreciate them.
I also love to travel, tho its hard sometimes cause I don't like planes very much, ( I went to Korea. 13 hours!!That was a tough one! Worth it tho!) But I'm always up for a road trip!
Almost anything except rap and hip hop. I have rather eclectic tastes in music. If it has a good tune and a story I like, it's all good to me.
This could go on for a while, I'm a movie junkie. Some of my all-time favorites are Serenity, Lord of the Rings, The Mummy, Tremors, the Harry Potter movies, Empire Records(a gotta see if you love music), Underworld, The Last Samurai(one of only two Tom Cruise movies i'll watch, the other being Legend), Avatar...ectect
Oh, and Stargate. Slight SG-1 obsession. (Just a tad. Really. Ok, more than just a tad.)
I love anything animated as I consider this a wonderful art form, with anime being my favorite. The ones I like the most are Bleach, Naruto, Wolf's Rain, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Avatar-The Last Airbender(but not the movie:P Shame on you M Night). Ditto on the manga, with a little Fruits Basket mixed in when I need a break from ninja and big honkin swords. I am also a huge Hayao Myazaki fan.
A Few Of My Favorite Things
My cat Strider, wolves, horses, fantasy, sci-fi, long sharp pointy things(I have a bit of a sword obsession), Japanese culture, and my fish tanks.
Hey, I have finally conquered my scanner and have some stuff up on Deviantart. One of them is a drawing of a Bast from The Hunt. If you want, check it out. Cheers!
When I have a little money, I buy books. If there is any left over, I buy food and clothes
