Author has written 9 stories for Pokémon, My Little Pony, and Soul Calibur.
Hello, I am XD-385. A longtime fan of the Pokemon franchise. Although I have recently become a dedicated Brony as a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I have a long history of writing Pokemon stories and have recently expanded into MLP stories too. A friend of mine, known as Mr. Fox, is handling the uploads for this account as I handle accounts elsewhere. While I hope you readers enjoy my works, I also recommend keeping up to date with my works at DeviantART, where I am most active.
Also, I feel it is worth mentioning that friends of mine wish to create an animated flash series based on my story "My Little Pony: The Lost Element". However, we are in desperate need of animators and more voice actors, but mainly animators. If anyone knows someone who may be willing to help out, please contact me.
On a personal note, while I appreciate that people like my stories, I greatly enjoy reading any feedback I receive. If you have time to favorite my stories, please comment on the chapters as well.
And now, a word from Mr. Fox.
Mr. Fox here and sorry for the epic delay, these be some crazy days. In short I'll be taking care of the uploading and managing of all XD-385's stories, both new and old, for your reading pleasure. Feedback is appreciated and encouraged so feel free to speak your mind.
Ok, now with that out of the way I'll leave you all to your reading, I have ponies to get back to. /)(3)(\
Special Update -
With the completion and posting of chapter 12 "Tainted Memories", the first volume of The Lost Element is now complete and almost ready for printing. However, more people are needed to actually want to purchase a copy in order for demand to be great enough for the printing of the story to be worth the time and resources. What is more, the more people who wish to own a copy, therefore increasing the number of copies produced, will also reduce the price of each copy.
For those who wish to purchase a copy, please visit this site here. All names will be documented and stored for when the printing begins. Since the success of this volume's printing depends entirely on demand, I ask that those who like the story the word anyway possible to those who are also fans. I have no idea who actually wants a copy, especially among the more silent watchers and followers of the story, so I will only know if you speak up.
What is more, this and all future volumes will contain illustrations that suit what is occurring in the chapters. Some readers may have noticed that a few chapters in the story on this site have had a few pictures added at some points. There is more to come. And to all who try to help spread the word to get this volume printed, you have my thanks.
Update - Tournament of Canterlot
I've got some pretty big news to share on the dawn of the new year. It's not often a opportunity like this comes along.
A very short while ago, I received a surprise invitation fromto take part in a tournament with with use of my flagship story, The Lost Element.
This tournament involves taking part in a grand fundraiser as explained on thefront page. The details on how to participate are right there in the forum and I recommend looking them over thoroughly for those who also wish to partake in the tournament.
And yes, what you see on the front page is quite serious. There is a hefty cash prize for the winners of this tournament. And the more that is accumulated for the fundraiser, the higher the prize will be. Also feels good to know it is going to a good cause, namely towards Syrian war refugee efforts. Seeing as how this is the chance to actually get something out of my writings, how could I say no? My fundraiser page for the effort can be found
If anyone who is reading this has a story that meets the criteria of the tournament's rules, I recommend joining up as well. The more who join in, the more attention and donations that will be gathered. And as sponsorship decides who wins this tournament, I would appreciate any and all support and donations to my fundraiser page from my readers and for anyone who reads this to spread the word. I don't get any of the donations, they go directly into the site as stated in the forum post showing instructions on how to join.
Of course, I won't be slacking off during this tournament. Once I finish the next chapter of The Price of Failure, The Lost Element will be my top priority until the tournament's end on December 31st of 2015. So you will all be seeing much more frequent updates to that story for the rest of the year while the others are put on hold. Best of luck to all who partake, and a big hearty thanks to those who who donate to the cause.
