As of now I think my muse has returned, and things can again get going. However I have a few weeks of exams to go until I can truly get back up to speed, so please bear with me till then.

Oh, and I have many new stories building up in my mind, so if you can be patient a little while longer I promise to compensate you all.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE 26/01/2010

Hello all my readers,

I am so sorry I haven't updated anything in a while, and I promise you that I haven't given up fanfiction...I just think 18 months of near constant writing has finally hit me. Yes you've read it right, I've sort of burnt out.

This does NOT mean that I won't be updating, just that at the moment it's very slow going and painful for me. I hope to get this mood gone from my life soon, but until then I can only apologise.

I assume this is probably a combination of final year at uni, and having just finished a bunch of exams.

I hope you can all have patience with me and will understand that this is as painful for me as it might be for you. I hope to begin writing with enthusiasm again soon.

Now for a bit about me...

I'm a female of the species Homo sapiens but sometimes it doesn't feel like it because everyone seems so different from me.

As you can tell from my stories I am an avid Death Note fan, with a great desire to see both L and Light alive at the end of the series...

Note; (C) Means complete and, (O) means Ongoing... if you see (H) this means my muse has fled in relation to this story and refuses to cooperate... Oh and the number of M's relate to how serious that rating is... BE WARNED... and seriously no underage readers on the M rated ones.

Multi-Chapter Stories

Constant Temptation (C) well this story considers what would happen if Light began to flirt with L, or is he? And how this affects L to the point of distraction. What will happen between these two as L is found out by Light. And what is Light hiding about his past? How will this affect the future? Light X L M M M

A side note on Constant Temptation, the title does not refer to the story in anyway, but to me! It is how I feel when I look at this story, it is my Constant Temptation, I can't stop writing it... What is your Constant Temptation?

Constant Temptation; the Deleted Scenes (O) Comical scenes, and interesting moments that never made it into the full story of Constant Temptation. Begun as a celebration of reaching 2,000 reviews. They will be added to at my leisure as I have many other stories to attend to.

Confessions, Confusions and Confinement (C) wonders what would have happened if Beyond had told L his deepest, darkest secret. Just how would this have changed the tide of events if Beyond had told L what he knew. What is in store for Light when L finds out he is Kira? What does the future hold for them? Eventual BB x Light... M M This was written for VirtualDraconium in celebration of her birthday.

Confinement's Ease (C) Light is under confinement, kept in a completely boring cell. Bound and under constant observation by L, while Ryuk laughs quietly in the corner. What is Light’s view on the situation and what is so interesting about L’s sensual fingers. What would have happened had Light's past been different? What will happen now L knows about this past? L x Light M

Death Note Alphabet (C) ponders what could have occurred if only L had spotted the connection between Rem and Misa and had spoken to the shinigami alone. This would of course had led to Light's inevitable capture and imprisonment. The main focus of DN Alphabet is on Light's growing realisation of his mistakes, and how L and Light's relationship with each other changes as they investigate a serial killer who seems to be demonstrating the rules of the Death Note. Now comes with a side along Death Note Alphabet Birthday Presents T which is based on the events in chapter B in Death Note Alphabet. I consider this a nice idea, but am unsure how to continue it... Not much scope I feel.

Low light (H) however considers what could have happened if L and Light had unrequited feelings for each other and the affects the Death Note could have on any user, including personality changes in relation to Misa and others. Quite AU as when L and Light work together they are a force to be reckoned with. While Near be able to prevail as before, or will all things change in the balance? L X Light T

Eternal Justice (O); L escapes from the sudden apparent confinement of the Investigation Building after Higuchi is killed, needing for once to be away from everything. He is found by a vampire with a mission for him, a case far greater than the Kira case ever was. L accepts, but first has to deal with Light…. L X Light M

The Demon in the Mirror (O) AU. Begun to celebrate L's birthday, will be a short story of 10 chapters at most. Prince L seeks Knight of the Realm Light in order to have his aid in some unknown quest. A task he thinks Light can help him with because of Light's own infamous past. Just what hides in Light's past? How will this aid L with his own troubles? LxLight

The Secrets of Division Three (O) a series of Drabbles based around the relationship between Gin and Kira Izuru. Kira-centric in the first chapter, set before the Ryoka (Ichigo) arrives in Seiretei.

The Thieving Moon (O) AU. A reviewer Reward story written for Sioen. The world is a boring place, there is only so much one can do before such boredom eats at you. Light has found a way around his boredom, he steals. Not to keep, merely for the challenge.What will he do when L takes an interest in him? LightxL

The Trials and Tribulations of the Childhood Mind (H) is my Matt and Mello story detailing their pasts, how they met and just what they got up to at Wammy's. How will their past affect their future and what bounds those two together? T

Hidden Depths and Squandered Feelings (O) is my first Bleach multi-chapter fic. Byakuya and Renji have become 'friends' after the recent incursion by the Ryoka Ichigo. Apart they were formidable, so just what will they be together? What does their future hold as they come to terms with their feelings for the other? Eventual ByaxRenji T

In the Beginning (C) about one of my favourite pairings from there, namely Gin and Izuru, and how they came to work together in Division three.

The Prince and his Steward (C) for Racharae. The Prince of the largest kingdom in the land is looking for a wife, but his steward secretly harbours feelings for him. When things go horribly wrong, what does this mean for the Prince and his Steward? Strictly AU. Light x L T

These Halcyon Nights (C) for Seliphra. What if L had been there that night when Beyond had tried to end it all? What if L had done things differently then? What would their life be like before Kira arrived? Just who would be dominant? A 'snapshot' look at their relationship. Beyond x L M M

These Tumultuous Days (a semi-sequel to These Halcyon Nights) (C) for teenwitch18; Sequel to These Halcyon Nights. L and B have worked together to capture Light. I enjoy Sunsets, reading, watching anime, playing games, annoying VirtualDraconium and now writing stories to post here. Yes, I seem to enjoy writing stories a great deal...

I have also tried my hand at writing Haiku, here are two Death Note related ones, because I like to share my randomness with the world.

On Light Yagami;

The pen is swift,

The fate of many is set.

Is he God or Demon?

On L;

His passing is quiet,

Held in the arms of treason.

In death still victorious.

There now you know a bit about me and have been inflicted with my Haiku.

I would tell you more but I am very secretive, and it surprises me greatly that I have ever shared these stories with you. Particularly Constant Temptation, there is a story I thought I would never be brave enough to post, and may be I am not brave when it comes to it, merely stupid. Who knows, all I do know is that I am always grateful for your support and continued comments on my stories, they really do make me feel more reassured about my work, and more confident to continue them. I hope this continues long in to the future.
