Author has written 4 stories for Hunger Games.
Hi, friends! It's Rish, at your service!
A first year student in her dream university (it is in Manila, it is associated with the color green and has an archer as its mascot) taking up her dream course (Special Ed. teacher). She's got her future planned out but she also wants to be spontaneous.
I enjoy writing and I have a lot of stuff stocked in my flash drive. I've even finished my first book back in 2013, I just haven't finalized it yet because I'm editing it every other month but I'm getting there, haha. I also love to read, listen to music, and of course, watch television and movies. I don't enjoy studying but I do enjoy school and learning. I'm in a lot of social networking sites but, ugh, I don't enjoy socializing unless we're very close (or if I enjoy talking to you). I'm quite lazy, actually, but at the same time hard working.
I have an obsession with the bow and arrow (archery in general, actually) and usually associate it with the color pink. When I was younger, whenever I would watch Power Rangers, the pink rangers were always--and still are--my favorite (so far, there's only one pink ranger I don't like) because I loved--and always will!--the skirt in their suits and they were usually the archers on the team (at least for the first few teams, Kimberly, Katherine, Cassie, Kendrix & Karone). My friend, a very good artist, has been helping me design the best costume for an archer since I don't really like the costumes I see. And despite my username and my love for almost anything pink, my favorite color is actually aqua. I also love everything sweet.
I'm a hopeless romantic, I guess. I've never had a boyfriend so I don't know how relationships are like so don't judge me when I think everything should be happy because I wouldn't know.
I'm also in a lot of fandoms, usually anything that involves crime, but I watch pretty much anything as long as it catches my eye. I can pretty much find a ship in anything. I'm definitely a fan-warrior. I'm ready to defend my fandoms and ships. But I also have this saying that whatever you ship is yours, nobody has to always stick with yours, the writers' and even majority's opinions. Don't give us reasons to not like our ship but give us reasons to like other ships as well. If we give up on a ship then let it be our choice. For example, I know a friend who likes Dean/Castiel, and when I met her, I was still an avid Dean/Jo fan. However, she gave some opinions about Destiel and well, I'm an avid Destiel fan now, too, but I would still choose Chestervelle if I had the choice. In fact, I even ship Dean/Jo/Castiel. So, see? I didn't drop Chestervelle but I explored others. I think this is one of the reasons why we have fan fiction, don't you think?
My favorite genres would have to be action, thriller/suspense, comedy, fantasy and horror, of course, don't forget some bits and pieces of romance. My favorite kinds of ships, well, nothing in particular actually, but I have realized that I've fallen for those who are "in denial", some samples of this would be Gale/Madge, Ward/Skye (soon!) and Beck/Riley. But I think I pretty much ship whatever I like. BrOTPs I enjoy would be those that are like the Winchester brothers, Halliwell sisters, The Golden Trio, and the Doctor and his companions.
What I really enjoy in ships is when they fight and eventually one of them hurts the other and vice versa. I love to cry, so maybe I do like a bit of drama and angst, just as long as they're not the main points in the story. Oh, and don't forget to actually still let them be together in the end. Happy endings are the best of course.
I've posted four stories up here, but my baby is The Hunters of District 12. It's a crossover between The Hunger Games and Supernatural. Funny thing is, I thought of it while playing Zombie Tsunami. I really wanted to make a story with Madge as an archer and well, since the Winchesters use colts, I thought it would be perfect. I do hope that if you have spare time, please read and review (and the other stories as well, hihi).
I know a lot of Gale/Madge stories that are a collection of one-shots, my favorite would have to be Belle453's Between Gale and Madge. I've started making my own, actually, let's see what happens to that. Oh, and Belle453 is definitely my favorite author here, no doubt. And Between Gale and Madge is definitely my favorite story. You can never imagine how my insides are screaming when I see the email saying that it's been updated. I have a lot of close seconds, I can't even choose.
I tend to say that I treat my OTPs equally, but let's just be honest and say that it's Gale Hawthorne and Madge Undersee from The Hunger Games, yeah?
On, I constantly change my url name but I think this one will stick for a long time. You can find a list of my ships, fandoms and some other stuff since I don't want to make this profile here very long. It's called The List of Me. I continue to change it whenever I think of something new so it's never actually complete. So, if you want to know some other stuff, you can check it out. My page consists mainly of fandoms and ships, cute, funny, a bit of writing and some sexy stuff.
I've made almost all my social networking usernames the same (Facebook and my email are the only ones that are different since they are usually used "professionally".).
I'm getting a bit more confident with my writing. I mean, I know I'm not great and all but it's getting there. I have a lot of story ideas, both original and fanfiction.
I really really really wanna post stories here that are non-Hunger Games related but I don't have any ideas for them yet. Oh well, we'll see. Maybe one day some idea will just come and I'll start writing and it'll work.
To be continued when I think of something else to write... ]
