Author has written 1 story for Nadia - Secret of Blue Water/ふしぎの海のナディア.
Name - Athazagora, but please just call me Athaza. Or maybe just Ath.
Gender & Sex - Female
General Interests - etymology, linguistics, cognitive science, reading, writing, sketching, singing, acting, mythology, and probably a couple of other things that don't come to mind right now.
Media Interests -
TV Shows - Criminal Minds, Teen Titans, Code Lyoko, House, Person of Interest, Elementary, Sherlock, Star Trek TOS, Doctor Who (the revival, I haven't gotten around to Classic Who yet), Merlin, Being Human (both the remake and the original), Invader Zim, Jeopardy!, Once Upon a Time, and Dragons of Berk.
Books - Good Omens, the Ranger's Apprentice, the Pylethion, Zot! (esp. the Earth stories), Animorphs, Harry Potter, Artemis Fowl, Les Miserables, Elsewhere, Carved Upside Down, Pictures: a collection of memories, Time and Chance, Beastly, the Septimus Heap series, The Chosen (didn't care much for the sequel, though), The Book Thief (much love to this book), Girl Interrupted, the Knight and Rogue books, Dragons of Darkness, Havemercy, Unwind, the Sherlock Holmes collections, The Chronicles of Narnia, the Alice books, the Oz books, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy books, pretty much anything written by Gail Carson Levine (I adore different takes on fairy tales), and For a Few Days, I Remembered just to name a few. I read Wicked but found I preferred the musical, although the book was good. They're very different from each other.
Anime/Manga - Inuyasha, Hetalia, Haruhi Suzumiya, Ouran High School Host Club, Detective Conan, Nadia: the Secret of the Blue Water (although it's mostly filler and all canceled), Sket Dance, Shingeki No Kyoujin...I know I like more than that, but I can't think of any off the top of my head.
Musicals/Operettas/Plays - Les Miserables, Wicked, and Rent are my absolute favorites. I have, however, been in over 30 shows and have seen many more. (Musicals that I really, really like are desperately outnumbered by the shows I've actually been in. I've only actually disliked two plays that I was in.). I also have to say I love Shakespeare plays as well as Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead. And Waiting for Godot.
Music - pretty much any showtune, but also: Ludo, Green Day, Panic! at the Disco, Fall Out Boy, 30 Seconds to Mars, blink-182, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Peter Gabriel, Apocalyptica, Escala, Evanescence, Weird Al, Boys Like Girls, Good Charlotte, Vitamin String Quartet covers, My Chemical Romance, Imagine Dragons, and much, much more. That being said, I tend to like music that is dramatic, intense, and/or telling a story.
Films - I seem to like dramatic mindscrews, scifi/fantasy, historical dramas, and animated films. As well as adaptations of things, especially adaptations of some of the aforementioned literary pieces and plays. Anyway, off the top of my head, I can think of Memento, the Swedish The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Hours, Inception, Mary and Max, the Harry Potter movies, the LOTR trilogy (haven't read the book...yet), The Hobbit, Temple Grandin, Stranger Than Fiction, Tim Burton stuff in general, Anastasia, films by Laika, pretty much any Dreamworks movie (ESPECIALLY How to Train Your Dragon and Rise of the Guardians), and pretty much any Disney and/or Pixar original movie
I like other things as well, but these are the things that come to mind.

As for shipping, I do indeed ship, but I do not take it seriously and will read almost any sort of pairing. I certainly have my preferences (and those will probably show in the fics I may write), but it's just something I enjoy doing.
(Disclaimer - I don't own any of the things mentioned above.)
I LOVE introspective pieces, emotional but realistically played out pieces, and pieces that replay the memories and/or origins of a character.
Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read my bio!
