Author has written 1 story for Teen Titans.
Ciao bella. I'm Bri. I'm 15 years young. April 20 is my day. You will love me for me or think im a total bitch, either way I don't really give a damn. I make mistakes. At times I'm a little hard to handle, if you can't handle me at my worst, you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best. Volleyball, basketball, soccer, horseback riding, golf, bowling, and dance are my sports. I enjoy writing, singing, dancing, reading, and hanging out with my friends.
There is no future, there is no past, I live this moment as my last, there's only us, there's only this, forget regret, or life is yours to miss, no other road, no other way, no day but today.
My friends call me 'The Enforcer' because when I want something done, I make sure it gets done. Thanks JT for the nickname(:
I love RENT, The Saddle Club, Teen Titans, Camp Rock, Clique, Strange Days at Blake Holsey High, and pretty much any Disney movie !!
Peace, Love, Happiness, and Joy are the keys to life.
The Winds of Fate
Ella Wheeler Wilcox
One ship drives east and another drives west,
With the self-same winds that blow,
'Tis the set of the sails
And not the gales
That tell them the way to go.
Like the winds of the sea are the winds of fate,
As we voyage along through life,
'Tis the set of the soul
That decides its goal
And not the calm or the strife.
The Man Who Thinks He Can
Walter D. Wintle
If you think you are beaten, you are;
If you think you dare not, you don't;
If you'd like to win, but think you can't,
It's almost a cinch you won't.
If you think you'll lose, you're lost,
For out in the world we find
Success begins with a fellow's will,
It's all in the state of mind.
If you think you're outcasted, you are;
You've got to think high to rise.
You've got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.
Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man;
But soon or late the man who wins
Is the man who thinks he can.
Go placidly amid the noise and haste,
And remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible without surrender
Be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
And listen to other,
Even the dull and the ignorant;
They too have their story.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons,
They are vexations to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others,
You may become vain and bitter;
For always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
Keep interested in your own career, however humble;
It is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business affairs;
For the world is full trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;
Many persons strive for high ideals;
And everywhere life is full of heroism.
Especially, do not feign affection.
Neither be cynical about love;
For in the face of all aridity and disenchantment,
It is as perrenialas the grass.
Take kindly the counsel of the years,
Gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.
But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings.
Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.
Beyond a wholesome discipline,
Be gentle with yourself.
You are a child of the universe,
No less than the trees and the stars;
You have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
No doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore be at peace with God,
Whatever you concieve Him to be,
And whatever your labors and aspirations,
In the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
It is still a beautiful world.
Strive to be happy.
