Author has written 9 stories for Vampire Diaries, Naruto, and Gone.
Well, some things about me...
I'm a freshmen in college who just completely her first semester. Woo!
I'm from the U.S.
I'm a Taurus.
I am a WoW nerd. I am also a girl. So yes. I am a gamer girl. I also like Skyrim, God of War, and Dragon Age (love love LOVE this game).
I like to read, but I usually get caught up with the Internet and forget that I have an excellent book waiting to be read until it's two in the morning and time to go to sleep.
I have a habit of getting a great idea for a FF but by the time I get where I can write it down it's already played out the first half and, while the ending parts I can remember are usually excellent, I can't remember how I got to that point. Sometimes I go into periods of absence in which I don't update for months. And then, other times, I go into periods where I can't stop writing, characterized by days and days of rapid-fire updates. *You have been warned.*
Also, just saying, I'm open to talk about anything. I may not be able to respond immediately but I'd always love to fangirl it up about some anime or something. So feel free to PM me about whatever.
Books I recommend:
The Mortal Instruments (Please don't judge based on its movie. It's seriously amazing.)
The Infernal Devices (Prequel to The Mortal Instruments)
Vampire Academy (And the rest of the series. This one honestly gets my 'Best Vampire Series' award...if I had one. It's amazing!)
Bloodlines (The start of a new series by the same author as Vampire Academy. I'd recommend reading that series before starting it.)
Gone/Hunger/Lies/Plague/Fear/Light (Two words: Totally. Amazing.)
The Inheritance Cycle (This series, man. You have no idea how I wish they'd continued with the movies.)
Vampire Diaries (A totally awesome series. *sigh* Love Damon...Even if this series is majorly odd...)
The Sight (It's...weird. I read it when it was way over my head and want to reread it to see if it's as challenging as I remember, but I do remember it being really good. It's about wolves, which was really the whole reason I read it in the first place. There's a sequel now, too.)
The Host (Another poor book that doesn't deserve to be judged by its movie. Or its author. It's seriously good. Honest.)
The Hunger Games/Catching Fire/Mockingjay (Can anyone whose read this series say anything bad about it? It's amazing! Just...read it, okay? It really is as awesome as everyone is making it seem...Movies were awesome too!)
I also love anime/manga. The list includes:
One Piece (I seriously love this anime/manga. It's the best thing I've ever watched/read. Everything about it is just amazing. Please. If you've never seen it, go watch it. It will change your life.)
Bleach (I'm not quite current, but I have watched up until they finished with Aizen--episode 310. After that, all my favorite characters were killed off so I kind of got out of it, but I'm told the current bad guys are pretty cool so I might get caught up one day.)
Naruto [Shippuuden] (Let's finish off the Big Three. Yes, I've seen both Naruto and Naruto Shippuuden. I've watched up until the Sasuke drama in Naruto, but I've seen very very little Shippuuden. I just can't get into it. I don't know. I've heard some awesome spoilers but I don't know if even the promise of Akatsuki awesomeness can get me to rewatch this show. But the spoilers keep getting better and I saw a picture of Sasuke crying in Shippuuden, so the likelihood of my watching it is growing.)
Inuyasha (The very first anime I ever watched. I also consider it one of the best. Note: I've never actually seen Inuyasha: The Final Act so I've never seen the ending. Sad, really. I should remedy that.)
Dragon Ball Z (Every anime fan should have seen this anime. At least an episode or two. And actually, I'm not a big fan of the original Dragon Ball, which makes me a pathetic fan, but I feel like this is a staple for at least all Western anime fans.)
Death Note (I've seen this anime all the way through three times. It's just great. It's pretty short, but I just love the artwork and the characters and just the whole cat-and-mouse game that goes on between Light and L. This anime also contains one of the saddest moments in anime history for me. I won't spoil, but if you've seen it, you know what I'm talking about. The absolute saddest--for me--was in One Piece, in case you were wondering.)
Soul Eater (Faulty advertisement, this one is. You think it'll be serious, but nope. It's total randomness. But it's still pretty awesome. A nice short anime.)
Zatch Bell (Yes, I realize this is kind of meant for kids but it's still great. I started re-watching it for the nostalgia and ended up loving it all over again. I'm not sure if that's because of the nostalgia or because it's just good but either way, I love it. Zatch is flipping adorable.)
The Prince of Tennis (Honestly, I wouldn't normally watch anything that's major plot centers around people playing tennis, but thanks to good ol' Toonami introducing it to me a few years ago, I know now that this show is amazing and no longer judge an anime by what I think it's going to be like. Lesson learned. Also, case you didn't gather, this show is awesome!)
Black Butler (I actually did a report on this anime in college. One of the greatest assignments ever! I also watched Black Butler II, but I have mixed feelings for that one. It's sort of got a different feel than the first one, plus it veers off from the manga. And the ending...I don't know if I'm happy or saddened by it...)
Attack on Titan (This anime...wow. Believe the hype. And watch it anyways. I realize a lot of people are all "I don't do popular things" well this is not Twilight. Have more faith in your fellow anime fans. It wouldn't be popular if it wasn't amazing. You will get hooked from the very first episode. It is both addicting and horrifying. I love this show and hope they start doing a second season soon!)
Free! (Really cool short anime about swimming. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this, actually. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to watch a good anime but doesn't have the time to get into one of the longer ones. Or, ya know, anyone really, because it's pretty good.)
There's others that I've seen a bit of, but not enough to be able to have any sort of conversation about them so I don't count them. A lot I watched as a child and can't remember what happened and just haven't had the time to re-watch them--like Rurouni Kenshin, Yu Yu Hakusho, Digimon, Kiba, Wolf's Rain, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Vampire Knight--I have a mighty long list of anime to watch.
Also, if you've got any recommendations that sort of fall alongside these anime, please PM me with them. I'm always looking for new anime to watch!
Ponder on this...
Jesus had no servants, yet they called Him Master...
He had no degree, yet they called Him Teacher...
He had no medicine, yet they called Him Healer...
He had no army, yet kings feared Him...
He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world...
He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him...
He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today.
Feel honored to serve such a leader who loves us...

Hey, peoples! Just to give you some current updates on some things:
Hate the Game, Love the Player: I AM still working on this FF; it's not going to get trashed. It is still on hiatus, but I am working on the kinks. The plot will be [mostly] the same, with a couple new twists and a few cuts and snips to the original. It's not the exact same, but hopefully you guys will like it (when I finish and post it, of course!). UPDATE (5/31/13): So I've got the first three chapters done, but I want to get at least five before I begin to post so I can give you guys regular updates. It's looking a lot better. Also, the chapters are at least double the length of what they used to be. I'm much happier with the results of my lengthy haitus. Don't worry guys. It's coming back! UPDATE (1/8/14):Believe it or not, but I am seriously still working on this beast. As you can tell from recent activity on FF, I'm getting ready for a debut. Though really, if anyone's still keeping tabs on this FF you're an angel. It's got a few tweaks here and there (adding more characters in it; kinda hard to grasp characters you've never really watched in action, like most of the Akatsuki/Jinnchuriki) but perhaps by this summer or sometime later in the year I'll have it ready for viewing. Can't wait!
Finding Asylum sequel: Alright, to update everyone. I'm now at 95% sure that I'm going to make a sequel, so unless something catastrophic happenes *knocks on wood* then it'll be coming. Now, timeline: I'm in the middle of spring semester and it is kicking my tale. So, I won't probably won't be able to write a lot or post anything until after this semester, around April-May-ish. So yeah, sorry for the wait, but I want it to be as good as possible for you guys, plus I don't want to fail my classes so...yeah.
Other stuff:So I've got a lot of stuff built up from my period of absence. Some Bleach and One Piece bits. A little bit of Naruto and a lot of GONE. I've even got a Pokemon fic in progress, believe it or not (a serious AU that I really really like, but isn't anywhere near complete). So as you can tell, I've been busy these past two years sticking my toes in other fandoms and practicing my writing. Hopefully I'll get to posting some of this stuff and I'll get to hear from all different sorts of fans. Anyways, until then...ciao!
