Author has written 4 stories for Inuyasha.
I know. I suck.
To those who are waiting for updates... Yeah, they'll happen when they happen. I'm a university student and my school works takes precedence over any of my creative writing, unfortunately. That being said, inspiration isn't easy to come across anymore (my brain is too preoccupied with memorizing Japanese and Chinese words), so don't expect anything right away. Sorry if I'm dampening any expectations!
To those who don't know me or my writing, the name's Bumble and I'm old as shit. Jokes, I'm only 20. I wrote Broken Clay Pots while on a Rotary Exchange to Switzerland when I was sixteen and haven't looked at it since, so if you are brave enough to tough through the entire thing and see any huge grammatical errors, don't hesitate to point them out!
That being said, I'm a university student in the Canadian Prairies (but my heart belongs to BC, the best province ever). I'm doing a dual degree in business and Chinese, with a minor in Japanese. I love English and would have gone for an English degree, but my dream is to one day work for the government as a diplomat, or work for CARE.
Here are some random summaries for stories I have yet to start (or have started before on my Macbook pro that got stolen):
Cinderella's Ashes: AU. Fifteen years ago, a little girl lost her father in cold blood. Now in present time, she must seek the help of a messed-up ex-soldier to train her so that she can fight back against those same nightmares that have once again risen up to suffocate her.
A Teenage Girl's Guide To The Male Anatomy: AU. InuKag. Kagome Higurashi just has no luck in life. Her family is famous (minus herself), her boyfriend scares the crap out of her (he unfairly pops the BIG question at her), her best friend is dating a pervert, and the one sport she loves to do she is forbidden from. But her fortune turns on its head when a stranger enters her life - one with a sinfully broad back that may or may not have had her bleed all over his shoes. So much for good impressions?
Thief Of My Heart: AU. InuKag. Inuyasha caught a thief riffling through his wedding presents, but in the process, may have stumbled onto something larger than his undying love for his wife sleeping upstairs. Anyone up for a little midnight kissing? But what happens if this one-night encounter turns into something more than the two participants were prepared for?
Language Barriers: AU. InuKag. Little Miss Higurashi really had no idea what she was getting into when she signed up to be some Japanese company's interpreter. Nor did she realize what lay in store for her after meeting her boss... While disagreement may be the easiest thing to pick up when there are language barrier, actions do speak more than words...
The Consumption Of Cookies: AU. InuKag. Sequel to "Seducing Your Mom." Now that Inuyasha has the woman of his dreams, he has to conquer fatherhood. No easy task, especially when the media wants to get involved...
For those extremely loyal readers who have left reviews, have added an alert to one of my stories, has put one of my stories or me under their favourites, and even those who just read and don't review (I'm guilty), thank you.
Teensie-sama: you know how much I love you. No words are needed!
psycochick32: for helping me back in the day develop the story outline for Broken Clay Pots, thank you!
Later gators! Bumble out.
