Author has written 6 stories for Kaleido Star, Sailor Moon, Kaikan Phrase, Rainbow Brite, Tokyo Crazy Paradise, and Harry Potter.
Hello, I am a girly girl, a sucker for happy endings, wish they existed in real life. Romantic stories of most any kind, I even love the ones with warning labels. I have 2 dogs that love to rough house, and a cat that looks like femine/feline version of Two-Face (she is sooo kawi I named her Ami, she is a total mother hen, and always sleeps at the foot of my bed when not sleeping ON my feet.)
I love critiques, so don't be afraid to post flames. That is the only way everyone can improve.
But please "only you can prevent forest fires."
As many people don't realize that a speech, is not the same as speaking.
A Speech is a prepared mulit-page essay meant to be read aloud to an audience; it is written and re-written many times to remove errors and make the speaker sound inteligent.
Speaking in a conversation is diffrent. It's a sponaneous. Spur of moment action people do without thinking. What people say out loud is filled with phonetic and grammatical errors. Often times revealing more about a person than any unconsious hand gestures. That is why there are ALOT of errors in my stories, but only between the Quotation marks.
Once again the all the errors in Quotation marks are On Purpose. I want flames but not forest fires, there is a little known rule in the english language that allows for gramatical errors within the quotation marks. It allows for real speech.
Don't believe me: Maya Angelou, a reknowned poet, has multiple biographies and this rule is alive and well in all of them.
I am a fan of Harry Potter but I haven't read the series only seen the movies. An admited/committed Moonie.
Also, I love the original CatWoman comics, when she straddled the line of the good-villian, not to be confused with the reformed-thief version. The new Batman movie with that Catwoman... ehh could be better, can't really see her as the reformed criminal in the end, something didn't jive right.
Big-O, G-Gundam, Hibiki's Magic, Cross, Ceres, From Far Away, Shugo Chara, Sensual Phrase, Toyko Crazy Paradise, Love Monster, Zombie Loan, Sailor Moon, Angel Voice, Billion dollar Girl, First Girl, Naruto, Inuyasha, Kaleido Star, Wish, Glass Mask, Precure, Denpa Kyoushi
I'll keep adding more later.
Plus a 7 book series I recomed to any preteen who likes Star Wars... "Acorna, Adventures of the Unicorn Girl". The author created about 3 diffrent types of languages, there is enslavement, time travel, creatures with alien powers, space travel, all the while Acorna is comming of age in the galaxy where unicorns are real.
Alright, I'm BEGGING please post a review about my story. I'm not afraid of bad reviews. I'm not afraid of people liking or disliking my story.
For good or bad I don't want to be AVERAGE.
To me Average is BORING. Please, someone tell me I am not boring!!
Stories in progress, (Maybe):
My Swan (prequel to Princess Tutu)
Metal Sun Shine (Rainbow Brite) See last picture link under references
Crazy Durga (Tokyo Crazy Paradise)
You can also find me at Neopets as Lanka_Star
If any one posts a pic of Sora in her new costume, in my story, tell me. I'd love to put a link here and give you the credit. I can write, but not draw :-(
Speaking of pics, I found this artwork
I did NOT draw it. I'm only using it to help me inspire another fanfic based on Kaleido Stage "Kaleido Swan".
I still can't seem to get anywhere, I write some thing. Then the next day I delete it and rewrite the story. If you have an idea... well PLEASE don't keep it to yourself! I'm thinking of marking it complete and then re posting it at a later date.
Thankyou for all the comments. I'm trying really hard to get the next chapters out for both stories. Thankyou for being so patient.
Here are a few links I used as reference for a new fic I'm working on:
Remember to let me know what you like about my work!
I can't improve what I am un-aware, that people like...
BTW people keep re-reading my stories... Is this a good thing?
A Magnolia tree,
A Mother's tears,
The auctioneer's call.
Have we reall changed?
A Building falls,
A Plane flies over head,
The Call to War,
Really, have we really changed?
This poem was inspired by Oct 30, 2009's episode of "The Closer"
We still have a long way to go...
