Here's the link to my avatar pic, made by the great lolo14998!! It contains phrases from Dead Man's Blues, and I personally think it's wonderful!!!
As a note, this is who I imagine Rose to be, though the skin is, admittedly, too light:
And here is my darling Lucia. I get the feeling that, to quote Dimitri, "she's the kind of girl that's unbelievably sexy but still looks like she'd stab you with a polite smile". Here's a pic:
Hey, there, everyone! I'm Lissie (or Lizzy, whatevs). I'm 15 years old, female, and addicted to VA. Here's some stuff you may need to know about me:
I love Dimitri Belikov, so my stories will all be RxD, in the end.
Because I am young and extremely inexperienced, I refuse to ruin my stories by trying to write explicit sex scenes. Honestly? I wouldn't do a very good job. Also, I hate reading about "throbbing members" and the like, so I'm not gonna suffer through writing stuff of that sort. So, if you're looking for lemons, sorry!
I do, on occasion, abandon stories. Though this is rare, it happens. Be warned.
Please, don't ask me to read your story. It puts me in a very difficult position. What am I supposed to say if I hate it? Plus, I have very little time on the computer, and most of it is spent writing.
Also, please don't ask for my e-mail, facebook or twitter. We can talk through PMs, and, honestly, guys? How do you know I'm not a freak psycho rapist serial killer?
Though I love them, I rarely reply to reviews unless they pose a question I can answer. Don't be offended, please. =)
If you don't speak english very well and wish to contact me, I also speak spanish, french, and can decipher italian.
THANK YOU FOR READING!!!!!!! =)
For wannabe-writers, this is what I've gathered from watching interviews of Philippa Gregory, Richelle Mead, Rachel Caine and the likes...
Good writers are readers. They have to be. You can't learn writing from a class, or a person - it's something you learn from books. Unconsciously or not, we usually borrow phrases from others when we write, which is why it's very important to read books of the genre you prefer to write for. Also, reading a lot will improve your grammar, spelling, plot ideas, and help you avoid clichés or overdone topics. So, before you decide to write a story, do yourself a favor and read. Read a lot. I can guarantee that it'll make your work much better.
