To al of those faithful readers out there who have been waiting EVER SO patiently for another chapter to Judgement...HOPEFULLY it shouldn't be much longer. I know that it often sounds like just excuses but it's all I have to offer for why I've not updated in so long. As some of you know I went back to school last year. Well the last semester kicked my butt big time. I literrally had at least one paper, sometimes two, to write every single night including weekends. Plus I took an English class and it completely screwed with my head when it came to my style of writing. So unfortunately if I had of put something out during that time it would have been complete garbage and nothing I would have been proud of for you guys to read. I'm so sorry that I've let it go this long. I'm debating on whether to start over with the story and fix my errors that have been pointed out along the way or to just keep going. But either way I hope to have something new out in about two weeks. Again I know that readers don't like these long lulls in stories, I know I hate them, and I'm very sorry that you've had to have one in mine. Hopefully when I do get a new chapter up I won't have lost to many readers. But if I do lose them I still completely understand. Thank you all for being so patient and kind.
Let me introduce myself: My name is Melissa.
I'm a 33 year old female from North Carolina.
Single (yes I think it's fair to say we are all still looking for our own Edward Cullens of the world...ok so maybe minus the bloodlust part!)
I'm a very big fan of Twilight. Unlike, I'm sure, alot of fans of the books I knew about them for some time but I actually succeeded in not reading them till after the movie came out.
Why you might ask? Well I didn't want to read the books, fall in love with the characters, and then have them not meet my expectations once I saw the movie. Personally having read the books after watching the movie was such a HUGE help.
I really liked being able to picture Bella and Edward as Kristen and Robert. When it says things like Bella bit her lower lip or she stumbled over her own two feet, or when Edward would cast a dark glare Bella's way, or how they described his glittering body like diamonds in the sun it just made the books so much more real having those pictures in my head.
I read all of the books front to back in less than a week (yes I would have done better, read faster, but a pesky thing called a job kept getting into my way) LOL.
With that being said..and seeing as how you are still surprisingly reading, please read my work and tell me what you think. Now forgive me..grammar, run on sentences, even a few misspellings will creep there ugly little heads into my stories from time to time. So just take it all in with a grain of salt...and know that I hope in some way what I write makes you smile, laugh, even sometimes want to cry...all with the best of intentions.
Thanks for taking the time to get to know me better, Melissa
My recent story, Judgment, several have asked to see what Bella's Tattoo would look like. I really hope attaching this link works. This isn't exactly what I would have in mind but it's pretty close.
Please let me know if the link doesn't work. And as always tell me what you think. Did it look like what you had thought it would? I think it's beautiful personally.
Bella's engagement ring. At least this gives you a good idea of what I had in mind.
Bella and Edward's first house.
Crayola Contest Entry - Picture of Bella's Prom Dress (for visual effect).
Just remember to change everything that's red to a light purple in the picture.
