Hello everyone. If you've stumbled onto my profile because someone sent you to me, or you just found me by accident, welcome. My journey into the Twilight fandom and fanfic started in November of 2008. Almost 10 years ago. Wow! It all started by seeing memes everywhere regarding Twilight and Edward so curious, I grabbed the book to read. A couple of hours later when I finished, I was hooked for life. The next day, having found out the movie was to be released in about two weeks, I bought the rest of the books and finished reading them in just a couple of days. Like many, I threw the book and cried when Edward left. Also, like many others before me, I threw the book and cursed when Bella came up pregnant. After I finished reading, there was this constant dialogue in my head. Edward and Bella would NOT shut up. It was seriously about to drive me nuts when I decided to start writing what was trying to come through and Ascension was born. At the time, it didn't have a name. Heck, I didn't even know what fanfic was! I wrote for a couple of weeks before the thought crossed my mind that if this series had done this to me, I wondered if it had done it to anyone else. A few hours on the internet told me all I needed to know. There was a whole community of women in the same boat. I joined this community, made some lifelong friends (Hi ladies!!!), and started publishing my stories. For about two years, I ate, slept, and breathed Twilight. It was insanely crazy and loads of fun and I'll always consider it two of the very best years of my life!
