Author has written 54 stories for Worst Witch, Ugly Betty, Glee, Black Swan, 2010, Coronation Street, Frozen, and Maleficent.
'Its front darlin', you know, showtime' (Alison King as Carla Connor, Coronation Street.)
Update 2013: I've been an avid fan of the song-fiction, but I'm a bit wary of copyright laws so I've decided to (and have now done so) remove most forms of lyrics from my writings. At the moment it has just been a case of delete delete delete and I will obviously need to comb through everything again and check it still makes sense when read, and edit it if not.
I still plan to write song fiction as music is my biggest inspiration and muse - I'm just not posting the lyrics. If there are any of my fics (that were previously songfics) you really love and would like - I have kept all original files. :)
I figured since I would give this profile a little update.
I'm still writing away, if only I could get paid for that, lol. My favourite overall, as you can no doubt gather, is still The Worst Witch fandom, and namely, Constance Hardbroom but I dabble in other fandoms too, both writing and reading.
My favourite characters are what I would term 'cold bitches' and I love to delve deep beyond the mask they wear and draw my own conclusions on why they are the way they are.
My updating record has improved but only marginally, lol
I adore music and it frequently influences my writing. Currently is an old tune of Avril Lavigne's that has the juices flowing as I attempt to do something a little bit different to anything I've written previously.
Barbra Streisand, Kate Bush and Madonna are some overall favourites, but I also have a huge love for many 'modern' female artists & From a musical theatre POV, Louise Dearman rocks it for me!
And I ADORE musicals!! My favourite is Wicked (unsurprisingly...:) ) and it was the one I had longed to see for as long as I can remember, and that dream was granted by my now dearly departed and much missed Gran, as a present for one of my landmark birthdays a few years ago. I got to visit London (a city I've dreamed of visiting); and I got to see Wicked AND Phantom of The Opera, plus see Oxford Street and Harrods - It really was and will go down as being one of the greatest weekends of my life thus far!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone that does review, and to everyone that puts me on favourite story and author, author and story alert. You have no idea how much it makes me smile :D
