Author has written 8 stories for Inuyasha, Final Fantasy VIII, Secret/Legend of Mana, Kaze no Stigma/風のスティグマ, Birdy the Mighty, and 3x3 Eyes.
Update: Yep, I posted a one-shot. I'm still working on the next chapter of WFF, no worries! I got some excellent ideas from my muse Aqtie and it's got me super excited for the direction of the story.
Update 2: I'm on a nostalgia binge, really bad. I'm sorry. I started watching Teen Titans and now I can't get this drabble thing out of my head. As soon as I put it to paper I think I might be able to get back to When Fire Fell. This one ended up being deeply personal to me so it's GOT to get written or I'm never going to sleep again. I know it looks like I've abandoned my work but I really haven't. I promise. I'd also like to point out that, unlike 99% of the people who post stories here, I actually end up updating once every few weeks or months... rather than one every two years or ten years later or never again. So ease up on the harassment! I'm still here, guys! Keep the faith!
I also just noticed that I've been writing fan fiction for over ten years. Wow, that's more than a DECADE of bad writing! LOL
I am Jo, hear me roar. Well, I'm 28, with a BA in Studio Art. I've been posting fan fiction since I was sixteen but I actually started writing it as early as eighth grade. Currently, I have several stories in the works with several more plot bunnies ready and waiting to be posted so keep an eye out for more things in the future. I hope you guys enjoy my stories as much as I enjoy writing them!
If you want me to get stories out faster I really encourage everyone to look me up... message, review, or e-mail. I'm more than happy to talk about my ideas of where I want the story to go. It's a huge help to me to get lots of input. I feel that authors sometimes cling too tightly to what they want in a story and refuse to change poor plot choices. I think that the best writers are open to input and open to change. I'm not saying that everyone should bend stories to the will of the people, even I won't do that all the time, but at the same time, being entirely inflexible can be devastating to a writer.
Yes, most of the anime that I write about is the older stuff from way back when. There's a reason for that. Some of it is that I grew up with those shows as a teen and I'm very passionate about them. But, there's another reason, too. Older shows tend to have endings that didn't have good relationship resolutions OR they had really, really crappy endings. I can't stand that! That's what got me into fan fiction to begin with.
Anyway, that's all I have to say about that.
P.S. Yes, that is me cosplaying as Belldandy in my profile picture.
