Author has written 30 stories for Danny Phantom, Toy Story, Avatar: Last Airbender, Gravity Falls, Star Wars, and StarTrek: Other.
I prefer the setup on Archive of Our Own and consider it to be my main home for fan fiction. As a result, I post on AO3 first, and on FF.Net second. (The delay between varies, and there are some fics that I've chosen to post exclusively on AO3.)

A gentle reminder to all readers: fan works are born of inspiration and love for the source material, but it is the community that helps them thrive. A thoughtful comment is often times the only form of payment an author receives for all of the effort that goes into crafting their fanfic, and also the only incentive they have to keep producing new chapters for it. After all, why go through the hassle of drafting, writing, editing, proofreading, uploading, formatting, and finally posting, if no one else cares about the story they're pouring all their work into? It is much easier to simply let those characters and adventures live on in the imagination rather than to toil away bringing them into a more tangible, shareable media for others to enjoy. All of us are busy with our own lives, and sometimes we don't have an easy time finding the words to express ourselves, but it isn't necessarily the story that dies when no one takes the time to let an author know that their work is appreciated, merely our access to it. Just something to think about.
