Welcome One and All to The Dancing Flame's Domain!

This is my "flaming account" I won't be posting any stories and for the sake of anonymity I will not be posting the link to my account with stories on it.

Now there is a very slight chance that I will like your story and if that is so you won't be getting a review since I leave the good stories for my other account.

The Top 10 Reasons I Will Flame You

1. You are destroying canon.

2. Your grammar is so bad I want to kill myself

3. Your spelling is even worse than your grammar.

4. You use the word "elfish" in regards to Tolkien Elves and don't correct the problem after it has been mentioned.

5. You use clichés in a non-parody situation and don't have a good reason for leaving them there.

6. You confuse movie-verse with book-verse. If you are using movie-canon instead of the original book-canon say so.

7. You mutilate characters personalities to the point of being unrecognizable.

8. You make Tolkien Elves sex-crazed. Read "Laws and Customs of the Eldar" if you think I'm wrong.

9. You write incest/slash for characters who aren't written as doing it in canon.

10. You write a Mary-Sue or a Gary-Stu.

Not marble nor the gilded monuments
Of princes shall outlive this pow'rful rhyme,
But you shall shine more bright in these contents
Than unswept stone, besmear'd with sluttish time.
When wasteful war shall statues overturn,
And broils root out the work of masonry,
Nor Mars his sword nor war's quick fire shall burn
The living record of your memory.
'Gainst death and all-oblivious enmity
Shall you pace forth; your praise shall still find room,
Even in the eyes of all posterity
That wear this world out to the ending doom.
So till the judgment that yourself arise,
You live in this, and dwell in lover's eyes.
(Shakespeare, sonnet 55)

O for a voice like thunder, and a tongue
To drown the throat of war! - when the senses
Are shaken, and the soul is driven to madness
Who can stand? When the souls of the oppressed
Fight in the troubled air that rages, who can stand?
(William Blake)
