Name: Ali Rotte

I Like: French bread. Random tangents. Winter. Guys. Motorcycles. Leather jackets. Girls. Braids. Tragic romances. Shakespeare. Keats. Percy Shelley. Fanfiction. Cats. Equal Rights. Rain.
I Don't Like: Vodka. Cigars. Racists. My family. My school. Heat. Lies. Liars. Bad writing. Idiots. Mary Shelley. Anti-gay laws. Republicans.
Why I Write: It seems like people always ask me "Why do you write?". I always, always, always said "Because I like to.". Well, that's the truth. But once, a girl I was in love with asked me why I was always writing, why I was so into it. When I gave her the same boring answer she snorted and told me, smirk planted on her pink lips, "You don't write because you like it. You write because you like creating things and destroying things and manipulating them. You like writing because you like to play God. You like the power trip, honey." And maybe she was right, just a little bit.
My current project: Expanding amount of King of the Hill fics available for your consumption.
Old Dog New Tricks--Hank's never believed that an old dog can't learn a new trick or two. Take him, for example. He's an old dog, and he's learned the neat trick of keeping secrets. Hank/Redcorn.
It's Nice. Or Something.-The full story of Bobby and Joseph sharing an apartment in New York and going to college. The ups and the downs, revelations and secrets. It tests the strength of their love and sometimes even comes close to breaking it permanently.
