Mini rant/explanation:

I don't like using words like OOC and AU in my story for the simple fact that this is Fanfiction, everything on here will be AU unless it is exactly the same as cannon, written the same way too, which would be plagurism. and I do not think that a character can be OOC because it is AU they might have different thoughts about things that happen, but I do understand that if in the beginning of the story Character C hates Character A then at one point is suddenly a love interest then that will be OOC for the character in the story, this includes characters in stories that up until the point of Divergence is Cannon when dealing with what happened before the divergence. Take the Anime Naruto for instance, Sasuke in this case, if the story and AU Divergence starts at the Valley of the End, and suddenly Sasuke does a complete 180 and doesn't care about revenge at all then that is OOC, but if the Divergence were to happen before the Anime/Manga even started then it would not be too far fetched to say that Sasuke is willing to let the Authorities handle it, or that he isn't obsessed with it.
