Author has written 19 stories for Mentalist, Fringe, and Sherlock.
Greetings to all you Baker Street Irregulars,
HUGE UPDATE for all those who still follow! My novel, COLD STONE & IVY, has been published! Imagine Jane and Lisbon, younger and in Victorian England, and there you have it! I have included some of you great peeps such as SpaceAngl, Purple Piggie, Elodie Wolf and House Calls, etc in the acknowledgements at the back of the novel as a thanks for all your encouragement! Here's the amazon link but it's available wherever books are sold.
My indie books now number 4! "To Journey in the Year of the Tiger", "To Walk in the Way of Lions", "Songs in the Year of the Cat," and "Swallowtail & Sword", by H. Leighton Dickson. There is a Jane-esque character in it (Kerris Wynegarde-Grey) and you can all check it out over at Amazon Kindle. (Heehee that's me!) They were written before the Mentalist came out, but I can totally see know from the character of Kerris why Jane resonates with me so. Please check them out and leave some feedback!
Thanks to all who voted for "a Road lEss travelleD" - it won Best Alternative Universe story at this year's Paint It Red awards!!! You guys (gals) are da bomb!
As you probably know, I like to write case fics. However, I like to think of them as "Episode Fics", something you can sit down and read in one go on one of the many Thursday nights that have no joy, only reruns. I like to think I will write twenty-nine of them, one for each empty Thursday. I do have a few more to go.
I love to read, to paint, to write. I have three children, one husband, two dogs, three cats and a horse. I am a zoologist by profession, a photoshop guru by trade, a naturalist by design. I love the camaraderie of this site, the mutual love of character and plot, and the romance of something yearned for, but not quite attained. We are all yearning for something, for us to be here.
Thanks for stopping by, and please drop me a line. The chatting is delightful, much like a good cup of tea.
Cheers all from Baker Street!
"When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth." Sir A. Conan Doyle
