Hi, I'm Yules! I like to write, shop, and do my nail polish. I'm a huge fan of angst, depressing writing, and fiction that centers particularly around 'really boring monologues about depressing things that have happened in people's lives'. I also have a certain inability to write fluff, but you see, that's what FFN is for (and people are such great writers around here).

Xana's Lair is this awesome forum full of awesomely creative people. I've met some of my closest friends on the internet here. They have story challenges, drabble-of-the-week, an RP section, and much, much more. The forum's crazy supportive, and I love pretty much everyone there. My favorite people reside there:

SeeMeInTheShadows (Shadows) — is really XANA in the form of an abusive human being who forces others to duel her and listen to Elmo songs. Against all doctor recommendations, I love her anyway. That doesn't mean she's not abusive though. She's gross and likes orange gummies.

Binary10 (Enzo) — doesn't know that I'm planning to kidnap him someday because he's absolutely amazing, and I miss him. He gets bonus points for speaking Welsh and being an absolutely amazing writer. And for putting up with me.

Adventurer411 (Vena) — is an evil genius that gives out too many plot ideas like the generously horrible person she is. We're NaNoWriMo buddies. We also have a mutal disgust for each other's pairing choices. It's a wonder I'm not dead yet (but really, she's great).

MoonlitxAngel (Angel) — masquerades as an angel when it's obvious that she's planning world domination. Her plotting skills are mad, though being an evil elf probably helps. She also pretends not to answer to 'Moony', but we all know better.
