After countless timelines, Homura finally found a way to defeat Walpurgisnacht and prevent Madoka from contracting. Time however, continues to move forward, and Homura finds that re-adjusting to society after reliving the same month over and over again isn't so easy. Especially when one wrong move could mean Madoka's death.

The UED is here. Magnificent and relentless, they march forward in defiance of the watching darkness. On the edges, the only person with both the knowledge and means to stop what's coming remains wracked with doubt, at war with her nature. When the wish of her brother has for the Holy Grail sends her to another world, instead of going to a world where she meets a red-eyed white haired little girl, magi, and a talking magical wand, she is sent to a world where she will meet a teenager who is born to the sea. The worst thing to happen to her friend was to become a Witch, she thought. Then Madoka's latest wish went wrong on more levels than even Kyubey could have foreseen and now Homura has to sort things out with an addition to her family, a Witch that should not exist yet by any means and the consequences of both of the above.

Kotomine Kirei is a troubled man that only participated in the Holy Grail War to serve Tohsaka Tokiomi and meet Emiya Kiritsugu. In order to do both, he attempted to summon Hassan-I-Sabbah as the Servant Assassin. The Grail heard his plea and instead gave Kirei a rather... unorthodox thief. Gilgamesh better keep his Gate of Babylon locked at night...

However, the Japanese government took a particular interest in the girl who predicted a disaster the worlds top scientists were clueless of. Now, Homura finds herself locked in a research laboratory as Test Subject One.

The TSAB finds and collects the Holy Grail taking it to be a Lost Logia, in response the Grail summons the servants to take it back from Mid-Childa by force. The servants inevitably find themselves facing Nanoha and her friends.
