Hi!

I hope that if you're dropping by this page you've read or are going to read my story(s)! I also assume that by stopping at this page you want to know a little about me and my stories. So: Currently I write exclusively in the FFVIII fandom. I don't write explicit sex scenes, but I do allude to such. You can also expect violence in my later stories but I don't anticipate it being too graphic. Swearing is seen occasionally, but I don’t use it in excess. I work mostly in tragedies, but like to use comic relief to keep things from getting too depressing. I'm a big fan of sxs parings, but you won't see that in all my stories.

As for me personally, I'm an obsessive compulsive, dysfunctional young woman who loves to read, organize, travel, hike, and - you guessed it - write. I'm not a very fast writer unfortunately due to a little thing called life. It seems like there's always something big going on to distract me from the little things like keeping up a story. And if it's not "life" it's writer's block. I'm a perfectionist so I agonize over making these stories as good as possible. That makes it very difficult when I get it into my head that a chapter is not working right and can't figure out why. I do know that this, on top of "life", causes some long waits between chapters, but I also believe that my crazy drive for perfect helps me create the chapters that you all end up seeing in the end - which I can tell you all come out much better than the first five drafts. So bear with me if you see a long wait.

Speaking of, I am still working on 'Until the End'! That perfection drive of mine pulled the rug out from under me last year and demanded that I rewrite the story. I was aghast at the idea but I couldn't not do it, once I thought it needed it. The story has evolved so much from it's conception, and during the writing process I couldn't help but try to improve it. By trying to improve it, however, I found that it needed a drastic revision. And no little revision of just changing a few scenes. No, I basically started from scratch again. The elements are the same but I found a better way to communicate the story. So it's coming along. I had the worst time with chapter one, but now that it's under my belt things are moving faster. I was thinking of getting it all back up to current and then upload all the new chapters together. But we'll see. I at least want to wait until I'm far enough in that the beginning is solid and not liable to change.

Anyways, I've always been very self-critical, and so it took a lot of courage to commit to uploading my writing to an online site like this, but I'm so glad I did. Having actual readers and feedback has done wonders for my writing development. And my ego! :) So thank you everyone! I try to reply to everyone who communicates through the stories, but if I ever missed you, just know that I appreciate you all so much.

STORIES:

Adaption: This is primarily a romance story revolving around tragedy. It follows the game's cannon with my little twists on it. SefierxSquall.

Until the End: A life story, specifically of Ultimecia's life and how she grows up to become the monster she is in the game. This story is the most complex of all my ideas and I've got big plans for it. Think insanity, ghosts, family, betrayal, love, action, tears, and a big cast of original characters. Expect big surprises in this one. It follows the cannon generally but I'm bringing in much more than what's seen in the game, and some facts will be twisted around or ignored.
