'The Optimist' has spelled the end of my Fanfiction career. Well, that and the general degeneration of the genre in general, but that's a rant for another time. I regret to inform anyone who ever wanted one of these projects completed that they sadly wont be. This announcement is a bit late, considering that I haven't updated anything in at least one year, but I've always liked a little closure in life.

The only thing here that I still consider workable would be Twenty-Four Blackbirds, and maybe a complete revision of WTIP. As it stands, I feel it's a bit of a knock-off of Red Draco's infamous series (beginning with 'Bass is Not a Fish') in style. Thus the simalarities in titles.
The FFIX stories are beyond revision in my humble opinion. Anyone who likes the concepts can feel free to run with them.

If anything ever happens here, it will probably be a long time from now, and involve the zoids piece (after a large amount of research) as well as said remake of WTIP, except with a different plot, different characters, and a different stlye. In other words, a new story. And maybe an FFX one-shot piece that's half finished somewhere. But don't count on it. Thanks for all the reviews of these stories, and for all the encouragement. They've been mostly stepping stones for what I hope is a much better writing style and more original plots. Feel free to read The Optimist on my fictionpress account (by the same name) as it will most definitely be completed. The story has been running for about a year now (coinciding almost perfectly with the end of Fanfiction writing, can't imagine why). Thanks for all the good times, , and so long.
