Author has written 3 stories for Vampire Knight.
I'm one of those people who believes life is dull and fantasies are where it's at. If I don't have my head buried in a book, I'm probably either watching anime or playing video games. Sometimes I daydream a lot and end up writing down what's been repeated over and over again in my head. That's where the stories below come from. I have to be honest and say I really don't care about much else except the present and how much fun I'm having. When I do write, I do it quickly and obsessively...hence the pen name.
So far Vampire Knight has been the only anime that has truly inspired me to write fanfiction, although I've come very close with Full Metal Panic, Black Lagoon, and even Neverwinter Nights 2. So, there is still the possibility that I branch out into other genres.
A bit more about the stories I've written:
The Vampire Guardian: All of my stories have an aspect of angst, but in this one I'm attempting to write it more in the style of romantic suspense. In my mind I've weaved a complex plot, and hopefully I'll be able to pull it off. I'm finding that Kain has a great character perspective because he is so observant. Also, Ruka is fun to write for. In the manga she is often jealous and standoffish, so I think she has a lot of inner turmoil that we don't see in the manga chapters.
The Playboy and The Recluse: This story was very personal to me so I took it very seriously. It was my first attempt at writing a very long narrative, and if I were to go back and change it now I would probably fix several things. In general, it is designed to be a heart-wrenching story showing how Aidou would react when faced with a person who has suffered through traumatic experiences and poverty.
Dying Devotion: This story was an experiment that I wrote after probably a few too many glasses of wine. It is also very angsty and definitely for mature audiences only. Someday I should get back to it, do a little editing and maybe even add some chapters...
