Dumbledore's Mistake/Dumbledore's Mistake: Year One-

Summary- Dumbledore Does not realize that when he leaves Privet drive that not only did the spells he put on the letter become useless, But that there is no Horcrux within Harry. And those are just the beginning of his Mistakes.

Harry's Wand- Holly with the hair of a Seelie-

In Celtic lore Holly is the wood associated with Protection of the home, thrives off a challenge, and wards against negative energies. It is also know for balance and for easing the passage of death.

A Seelie is a creature known for many things. Most notably they are Fae known as a group as the Seelie court. The Seelie court were those fae who would seek help from humans, warn those who accidentally offended then, and would return human kindness with favors of their own. Still a Seelie would avenge insults, be protective of those in their care, and could be prone to mischief. A powerful creature that many mistook for beautiful humans, when they could not see them up close to see their pointed ears, unhuman like eyes, and the occasional set of wings (depending on the Seelie).

Dudley's Wand- Elm with the hair of a Pooka-

In Celtic lore Elm is known for its stability and ability to ground spells, it is also know for victory, justice, protection, and achievement of goals. Elm is also said to have psychic, or intuitive abilities.

A pooka is a creature of Celtic lore. Know for taking the form of a horse. It can be a benign creature who likes to creature mischief, it is also known to be malevolent and cause harm to those who cross its path. One thing to remember is that Pookas have the ability of Human speech. Another thing is that Pooka love, as with many Irish people, is to chat and will happily stop and 'shoot the breeze' with you, sometimes giving great advice, or making exceptional prophecies.

Mute-

Summary- Harry is born physically mute. Now how does the wizarding world handle that? What happens to Dumbledore's plans and manipulations? And do the Dursleys take him in and love him as family? And what secret does the mute Harry Potter have?
