Ahoy!

I'm little but I'm old. I'm practicaly legal in most universes. I like to sleep, love to read, enjoy writing and have a strong aversion to mornings as they come far too early in the day. I'm highly addicted to Fanfiction though I hope to get control of this addiction rather than just stop out right. I tried cold turkey and it didn't work.

I hope to get the hang of this introduction thing eventually but, for now, this'll do.

Hi all,

It's been a long year... That's the bottom line, really. Its been an exceedingly long year with a lot of BS and general stress surrounding most of it. I'm mentally tired and physically drained and that doesn't seem to be changing anytime soon, despite my best attempts and intentions.

I'm tentatively trying to get back into writing. I've been rereading my stories to get reaquainted with them, I've thrown up a Oneshot Crossover between Harry Potter and Percy Jackson called "She's Electric" and I'll be attending a Creative Writing course for a week that I'm praying will help me get back on my creative feet.

Hopefully, I'll be updating unfinished stories soon but until then, wish me luck!

Salutations!

Been a long time since I've done one of these.

I don't have anything in paticular to say about my writing habits this time. I feel like that wouldn't be fair to any of us. But in these strange times we're living in, I just wanted to share some of the love and hope that has been shown to me.

I know that at this point, we're all stressed and worried and tired of this whole situation. Even as a lazy creature of comfort and solitude, I'm getting restless for this to end. But I was reminded the other day that, even though it doesn't seem like it and even though it really doesn't feel like it, were all together. We're all connected. We just need to get creative about it. For exmaple, my friend and I went for a virtual pub crawl the other day. We had a video call while going for a walk with a drink. As I have no data, I walked around my house. 'Twas an experience, to be sure.

Do something each day that brings you joy, even if that is just laughing at old photos.

And always remember that it will get better.
