4/26/2022 - Yet another obligatory "I'm still alive," post: Oh my goodness. I can't believe I still remember my login. This profile just hit the 13-year mark and the fact that I was just about that age when I started writing is mind-blowing to me. I'm getting so sentimental going through my inbox and reading the interactions with authors and readers alike. Full disclosure, all unfinished works as of 2022 are effectively scarapped, which should come as a surprise to no one given that the last update was almost a decade ago. I may get around to rewriting some of these as a fun little passion project given how much time has passed and how downright cringe-inducing many of my older stories are, but it's very wishful thinking. At the end of the day, I'm a boring twenty-something with a lot more responsibilities, a lot less time and a significantly waned interest in the source material overall.

Nonetheless, it's a great feeling to see a plethora of authors, old and new, still dabbling in the craft. Saw a few familiar faces that are still updating to this day, which absolutely warms my heart. I will be logging in intermittently to address some of the more recent messages I received. In the off-chance anyone is reading this, thank you so much for your support and candor during my active years here.
