I'm 27. I have a boring job in a stupid cube and hate the fact that sometimes I have big important meetings that require suits but at least I have a window - Fred and Cassandra like that. Yea, they are my plants and I find myself talking to them more than any person probably should (studies have shown it is both good for you AND the plants so back off). We don't discuss anything major, just the quick "Hello, how are ya? Did you have a good weekend?" etc. NYC is not as interesting when you are stuck behind a desk on the 38th floor with a crappy view. I used to have a corner office that overlooked Times Square with the Hudson farther in the distance but the corporate heads found they needed to put someone more "important" in that space and I didn't quite fit the bill. Damn, I liked having two windows and a door. I'm happy I get sun at some point but I wish I could just sit outside under a tree all day (preferably with wifi).

I am extremely addicted to FF but only Twilight FF. I find myself rushing through work in order to read another chapter while no one is looking. I love LOVE LOVE to read everything but I'm not into writing. I only read the Twilight stuff cause honestly SM's reads really lacked. I mean "fade to black." (?!) What the F?!

I recently started reading Drarry. It is some of the most incredible concentration of well-written stories (no matter the author it seems) I have ever come across.

JK did the most fantastic writing with that HP series and I'm sorry but no one can come close to the same caliber for canon tales.

My favorite fics are usually smutty. The smuttier, the better. Think: two towel minimum (Mergers & Acquisitions, Raw & Rosy, Master of the Universe, Heartbreak Remedy, The Trip Home, The Office).

I will sell my own mother for some good slash. Ahem, see M&A, R&R above as well as anything by Touchstone67, tuesdaymidnight, Whitlock-Masen, PolkaDotMama or Savannah-Vee

I have a penchant for the angst as well (Wide Awake, Mens Rea, Just One of the Guys, The Fallout). Oh! And I can't get enough of an inked up B/E and/or J. H-O-T!! (Unexpected, AntiEstablishment Anarchy) Add a few piercings and I think I need a minute to adjust (Clipped Wings and Inked Armor, Marked). My very most favs make me laugh so hard I nearly pee (Bella Swan: Kidnapper, The Wingman, Mr Horrible, Living Backwards).

Hit me up if you are ever wandering around Bryant Park around lunch time and we can discuss the latest deliciousness of Twi FF or why SM felt the need to describe a baby vamp chomping her way out but not the act that brought the spawn to fruition.

Lastly, I have a legitimate fear I will someday run out of good stories to read therefore I start a million all at the same time and read authors' favorites and start those too. It's a sickness. If you have a good one, let me know. I'll try anything twice.
