![]() Author has written 10 stories for Harry Potter. "We could be killed...or worse...expelled!" - Hermione Granger, Philosopher's Stone. Five Not-So-Interesting Facts About Me 1) My favourite book is not Harry Potter. Though it does come to a close second. A very close second. Persuasion just about pushes it off it's pedestal by the sheer awesomeness that is Austen. But let's face it, there's nothing better than a bit of Potter. 2) I live in Britland. Billy-shakespeare country. The home of the Queen, Big Ben and drinking tea. Which incidentally brings me on to number 3... 3) Easiest thing to speed up writing a story? A good old cuppa. Nothing beats a mug of steaming hot tea, an empty word document and a head full of mental ideas that somehow I try to convert into a legible story. Half the time I epically fail and end up deleting the file and convincing myself that I am genuinely useless. Then I come up with a spiffing idea, one that I can actually write, and it's all better again. 4) Galaxy chocolate?...officially the best thing ever invented. 5) Weasley is my king. Potter For President Favourite Character? The Weasley twins (Let's just pretend they count as one). Favourite Pairing? Rose and Scorpius. It was the pairing of the first Potter fanfic I ever read and I've been hooked since. Favourite Potter Book? Prisoner of Askaban. Favourite Potter Film? Goblet of Fire. Because of Diggory, you know. :) Favourite One-Shot? Of my own...It would have to be How To Marry A Malfoy. Every time I go back and read it I laugh out loud. Which is really lame considering I wrote it, but it is just so ridiculously daft that I can't help it. Of other people's...It's too tough to say. But I favourite all the main contenders. Favourite Story? Again, I like so many of other people's, but if I had to choose one of my own then it would probably have to be Malfoy vs. Longbottom, just because it is so much fun to write it. "When words are scarce, they are seldom spent in vain." (A quote from William Shakespeare himself.) G x PS. For all you out there who enjoyed How To Marry A Malfoy (and can speak French) aPaulineR has translated into French: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/6792489/1/Epouser_un_Malfoy_en_cinq_etapes As someone who attempts to learn French at school, so can vaguely read it, I really enjoyed this.
