Deicided to read my profile huh?
Well...I don't really have much to say about myself...mostly just my passion for reading
I guess I chose my name because it's pretty much true I am more of a Reader instead of a Writer...I also chose my favorite Naruto character as my Avatar, cause well Kakashi is a reader but not a writer
I enjoy many genres on FanFiction, and I read in on many different series on FF
Some of the genres I tend to lean towards are Romance (mainly), Family, Mystery, Adventure and...hmmm er...I guess I'm pretty limited, oh but I throughly enjoy "Lemon" stories...or as I affectionately dub them "Icha-Icha", heh heh heh they certainly kept me from boredom during class, or in public cause let's face it...I'm a pretty big perv most of the time, and I like seeing pairings I like involved in those "situations"...but I am willing to admit I do read ALOT of romance stories, and if they have "Icha-Icha" involved well I just figure that relationships can lead to that realistically speaking anyways, especially when the moment is right...it's not rushed, generally I'm happy when they have tender moments of just sweet, innocent romance, the characters have their heart to heart, emotions just swelling between the couple, "fluff" if you will, of course when the time is right and when it gets to the realationship heating up it just all seems to come together beautifully to me...besides, call me old fashioned but I feel realtionships shouldn't be rushed, sometimes they take time and effort from both parties for anything to work, other times as I believe there is such a thing as "Love at first sight" and things honestly can move along fast...so yes I can be "sappy" I suppose, and I am a sucker for true love, dattebane
"To fall in love is easy, even to remain in it is not difficult; our human loneliness is cause enough. But it is a hard quest worth making to find a comrade through whose steady presence one becomes the person one desires to be." quote by unknown...found it on the internet
As for series that I read...well, I read ALOT, as my name implies so I tend to keep an open mind while reading...I will always give a story a shot, not gonna lie though I'm not too big on the Yaoi thing...but then again I don't judge anyone for reading whatever floats their boat, I'm an open minded individual and even if I don't like a story, I most certainly don't flame a story but then again if I can't get into the story, then I just stop reading said story, besides the way I figure at least that person is willing to share their writing and continue to write even if their stories may be harshly judged, simply because they enjoy writing...the way I look at it, if you enjoy writing well keep writing, because your skill will never decline it can only improve as time goes on!
The thing that makes me sad as a dedicated reader...I find a phenominal piece of literature, I'm instantly drawn in by the storyline, writing style, or even the overall emotions that go through me as I read...and the story just drops dead...I'm always sad to see talented authors just dissappear, and a great story just end without it truly ending and that's when I leave my review (or if I find a great story in general that continues of course!) telling them how the story was, how much I enjoyed reading, I tell them I'd love to see it continue, but I also always note I have no idea what may be happening in their lives so I never press for more chapters, but I always pay my respects to the author, tell them to keep doing what they do best, and of course that I'm wishing them the best of luck in the future with whatever it is they're doing.
Unfotunately, I don't meet the requirements of a beta-reader...but I read alot, I just can't write...maybe I should just post a few one-shots or something, because I do pick up on spelling mistakes, grammar, punctuation and the sort though I do use alot of commas if you hadn't noticed...but, well you know my name :D, I mostly read alot of anime/manga fiction and sometimes games
Well I'm done rambling, hope you got a bit of an insight as to what it is I do...so all I can say is happy reading!
Yours Truly, R.N.A.W. - Reader Not A Writer
