Author has written 7 stories for Phantom of the Opera, Harry Potter, Sherlock, Hobbit, and Sweeney Todd.
I'm DonLambert, and I love writing. I write mostly original stories and poems and the like, so I don't have much posted up here. I'm in high school, and singing and music is my real passion, but I have a feeling that writing is always going to be a part of my life, and I can't wait to see my writing progress as I get older. But check it out now, if you'd like.
I hope to become more active on this site this year, writing, reading, and reviewing more!

I'm a Phan, if you couldn't tell that either. Always have been, always will be. I like KayErik and Gerik. My Erik is always a combination of the two, Gerik with KayErik's past. Say what you want, traditionalists, I've read Leroux's book twice and liked it, but I'm sorry, Gerard Butler is freaking attractive.
I have made it all the way through My Immortal, the worst fanfiction in the world.

I hope to write more soon, but I don't want to get involved in another long fic at the moment, and one-shots are difficult for me.
Also, DonRicci is my best friend & unofficial beta. Look her up, she's got some great stuff.
I would love to reply to my reviews, but often my email craps out and never gives them to me. If I do, however, get the review alert email, I will always respond. I'd love to PM every reviewer, but that's a little weird.
The Opera Ghost Busters:
I love this story. I wrote it along time ago, and it's relationship with this site has been long and painful. I'm reluctant to say that I was in about 7th grade when I started on it, because no one will take it seriously, but I can't help that it's pretty much just a crackfic with an interesting plot. But it is what it is, no? *I* think it's good. Not well written, but...good. Never the less, this story really is one of my favorite things ever. I'll finish and edit it eventually, I promise. If you've read it...bless.
If you haven't read it, quite a while ago I compiled this fun, self indulgent little summary. Take a gander?
The Opera Ghost Busters is a Phantom of the Opera fanfiction that has it all. It possesses humor, romance, baseball fields, the Demon Barber of Fleet Street, an engaging plot, and a special guest appearance from Donald Trump! Be ready to laugh your spleen right out of your body!
After the disastrous opera Il Muto, Christine and Raoul escape the mayhem and flee to the roof. But why is it any safer up there? Of course Erik is watching them, but that isn’t the problem. In Raoul’s attempts to comfort Christine, the Vicompte, uh… has an unfortunate encounter with a long drop and some hard concrete. Wince. Well, after that things change a little. Christine goes to Erik for comfort and guidance, and the two end up chatting everyday. Erik starts to wonder if they are simply friends or something more…
The managers are the ones with the real problem, though. They begin to wish they were back in the junk business. Erik has not stopped causing destruction, and with the help of his shiny new iPhone he is making Andre and Firmin’s life h-e-double hockey sticks. The managers are getting so fed up with the opera ghost that they develop permanently red faces and eye twitches, and finally Andre calls…
The Ghost Busters. Now things should get interesting. The three exterminators take up permanent residence in a spare room and devote their time to running around the Opera Populaire franticly searching for a ghost that can never be found. Would they even be able to destroy Erik if they caught him? He is, after all, a man and would not fit in the tiny mettle boxes they keep their ghosts in.
Some other interesting things happen along the ride. Erik finds a cat and meets the Demon Barber of Fleet Street. They find they have many things in common and become best friends. Nadir eats about 7 pastrami sandwiches. Somebody orders pizza one too many times. Christine goes to the cemetery where the Batman and the Joker get into a gun fight, then a fist fight. Jeoffery, the replacement fop, polishes spoons. Andre hits some people with a wooden oar and does a puzzle with a banana. Sounds like fun...
But, future readers, these questions remain. Can Peter Venkman, Ray Stanz, and Egon Spengler bust the opera ghost, or will Erik make a mockery of them as well as the managers? Will Christine choose the Phantom of the Opera as her new love, or will she fall for the opera house’s new patron, Jeoffery Charuse? Can the managers ever find a new fourth chair xylophonist that can actually play? And, the question that has been nagging you all: How many books can one giant squid eat??
Erik will find out the answers, and you can too! Read the Opera Ghost Busters! All will be revealed… except what time period the whole thing takes place in. On that, your guess is as good as mine. (And I wrote the damn thing!)
Sounds like fun, no? No? Oh, whatever. Someday it'll be done and edited and everything will be beautiful, but in the mean time... well, no matter what, I'm proud of it. Because it's a clever idea and has a functioning plot, and that's all a fic writer can ask for.
Voldemort and the Misty Train Station:
I do not support this pairing!! This was something that I wrote for my friend to scare her. It was fun, I like it. I'm tickled to death that anyone else has actually read it. It actually rather scares me myself... I do think it's well written, though, so it was not totally an evil creation never meant to see the light of day...
A Dark And Vengeful God:
I love this, I'm so glad to be writing it. I think that this site needs a serious Sweeney/Phantom slash, and I'm going to give it to the people. I don't care if no one finds it and no one reads it, I love it. Hopefully I'll follow it through and develop it nicely, at the moment plot is questionable, but I'm trying. The goal is for it to be relatively in character, thoughtful, satisfying, and well written. Goal, I said, GOAL. But it's angst filled and fluff covered, and there should be some tasty slash eventually! So there it is.
As an update: I'm taking a bit of a break on this one, but it's always on my mind, and rest assured I will be returning.
Not quite a companion fic to ADAVG^, more of an acquaintance fic. By acquaintance, I mean that if I wanted to include it in ADAVG, I could tweak stuff and make it happen. But I don't want to. Also, as of now we haven't reached that point in ADAVG, and if you don't want to see them together yet, don't read. Anyway, it's just a little one-shot I wrote on New Year's at my friends. It is fluffy fluffy stuff, you've been warned.
All That is Gold Does Not Glitter:
My favorite fic of mine. I love this pairing and I'm really proud of this story, I think it's a good one. It's gotten some very good reviews, which I'd like to thank everyone for. I wish all my fics could be little glittering things like this one, but alas. I wrote this over a snow-day turned snow-week, when I was first discovering Grindeldore, and was influenced by many a piece of fanart and good fic. Visit grindeldore.tumblr.com to see some inspiration, there are many ideas in that fic that I can't take full credit for.
Do the Puzzle, Sherlock:
I just love Sherlock and John together! This was written very similarly to Fireworks, right after New Years, using the holiday as inspiration. My best friend showed me Sherlock the day before, we did a puzzle New Years Eve, I wrote this fic in less than a day, the rest is history. I think the writing is good, not my absolute best, but I may edit it and polish it up a bit. I probably could have make it longer, and M, if I'd wanted to take the time, but I'll settle for this cute litte fic.
That's it, for now!
Alrighty, well, not much else I can say about myself, is there? Now you know all about me! Lucky you, eh? I know, I know.
I suppose, then, that this will have to be goodbye!
*I have joined the review revolution. I herby vow to review everything I read, no matter what I thought. Will you join the revolution?
