Author has written 3 stories for Twilight.
I am a 47 year old working mom of 3. My now-19 year old son (he's in college now!) told me sometime during the spring of 2008 that I needed to read "Twilight", so in September 2008, when Hurricane Ike left us without power (and work) I thought "no time like the present"... I went to the first Target I could find that had power and purchased the hardcover (other people were busy buying stuff like food, water, and batteries). Five days later I had bought and read the entire series (I didn't need to interrupt my quality reading time with trivial things like work, sleep, interacting with my family members, laundry or personal hygiene - showering is SO overrated when I can just grab a beanie and go).
The first step in recovery is admitting that you have a problem. Problem? What problem?
My loving husband helps enable my Twilight addiction by giving me Christmas gifts like tickets to TwiCon in Dallas (summer 2009), and has commented that he wasn't able to find a blow up RPattz doll for me for Christmas this year. (My avatar is a picture of me and Christine - A Little Distracted - at TwiCon in Dallas...I'm the one on the right.) We got to meet Kellan Lutz at TwiCon. Christine and I were also fortunate enough to attend the Twilight Convention in Houston in April 2010, where we got to meet Peter Facinelli, Michael Welch, Gil Birmingham, Kiowa Gordon, Christopher Heyerdahl and Charlie Bewley.
My poor 12 year old daughter is confused. She is Team Jacob... I wonder sometimes how we can possibly be related.
My 7 year old son is quick to point out anything Twilight-related that flashes across the TV screen and always wants to listen to the "Baseball song" (Muse's "Supermassive Black Hole") or "Eyes on Fire" (which at least he got the title correct - score!).
My most prized possessions are my iPod and my Sony Digital Reader (the cover is signed by the celebs from the TwiCon and Twilight Convention), neither of which I am ever without.
I'm a Reader, not a Writer, but I will keep trying to write if anyone seems to be interested in what I've put out there - maybe I'll get brave and include lemons. Update: I've tested the waters in the lemon ocean, see "My Imaginary Friend" IF YOU ARE OLD ENOUGH TO LEGITIMATELY READ THEM!!!!
I've finally joined up with the 21st century and I'm on Twitter! You can follow me at:
Okay - I'm posting my first multi-chapter fic, "My Imaginary Friend", and the link(s) to the playlist for the story is:

EDITED Playlist (NO songs with explicit lyrics):
I am NOT a linear writer, so I have the beginning, middle, and end of the story already written, but it's been a convoluted process and I am still fitting the puzzle pieces together... I have the music for each chapter (usually two songs per chapter) already laid out in the playlist.
