![]() Author has written 2 stories for Chuck. I wrote one episode of Chuck for my wife for Mother’s Day. We both missed the show after the end of season 2 and I thought it would be fun. Now I can’t stop. My goal is to write an entire season (~13 episodes) before Chuck comes back in March. I try very hard to be as true to the show (characterizations, humor, action) as I can. I write in script form because I worked in theatre (Scene Designer) for many years so it’s comfortable for me. I’m going to try to stay on a three to four week schedule for each episode but over the summer it may take longer. I live in Chicago and you really have to get out in summer in order to make it through the rest of the year. I’m not a writer (unless you count the emails and presentations of middle management) but I’m learning. You can help me learn by giving your honest reviews - tell me what you liked/what worked but also what you didn’t like/what didn’t work. Outside of Chuck, most TV shows I loved were cancelled within three seasons (Sports Night, Firefly, Veronica Mars, Dirty Sexy Money) so clearly I’m a curse. Burn Notice, How I Met Your Mother, and Friday Night Lights have somehow managed to avoid cancellation despite the fact that I like them. Outside of TV, I enjoy my family, volleyball, and physical therapy. Okay, I don’t enjoy physical therapy, but after 20 years of volleyball I might as well get used to it. October update - A project at work is taking all my time (60-80 hours/week). I do have a three episode storyline outlined but will not have time to work on it until November. I still have plans for a full season before March, but at this rate I'll be lucky to get my three episodes out before the real show comes back. |
