I graduated college with a Bachelor's degree in Astrophysics. What can I say? I love the subject, and I wanted a challenge. And then life took me in a different direction. I love to read and write, and I always have, and I've slowly discovered that this is where my life is meant to take me - to creation and exploration of worlds of imagination.

Fun Stuff: Swimming, Martial arts, crochet, stargazing, glass painting, making stained glass, macrame, dancing, hiking, singing, occasional game nights, weaving. Reading...lots of reading. And Writing. SO MUCH WITH THE WRITING!

I am a huge anime fan, though I watch other things too. I combine them with music and an active imagination. Ideas tend to pounce on me, and I tend to write them down and work with them from there. I take full responsibility for any idea that occurs, but not always for how it goes. These things have minds of their own. But I enjoy writing them and following them, and I hope you enjoy reading them. Please read and review. I'd love to know what people think.

LIFE IS CHAOS! REAL LIFE HAS BEEN INSANE!

2023: Lots of stuff happened in the past few years. I know this has caused some frustration to people who want to know WHAT HAPPENS NEXT on unfinished works. Sorry folks, I'm human, and stuff happens. A LOT of stuff.

The good news: I'm a full-time writer, and an independent contractor at that, so I might actually have time to finish all those poor little unfinished stories.

The potentially less good news: I'm a full-time, contracted, freelance writer. Deadlines now have to come first. Along with little things like housekeeping, self-care, remembering to eat, and taking care of cats, who can and will drape themselves all over my keyboard if they feel inadequately petted.

I don't care what anyone else says - becoming your own boss is hard, it's time consuming, and it's all about finding a delicate balancing act that doesn't leave you 'all work, no play', doesn't cause you to neglect friends, family and community, but does allow you to thrive and pay bills. Worth it? YES. Easy? NO.

The other kind of news: Yes, I am cross-posting on A03. I've been asked about it, so I'll say it here. Yep. It's true. You can find a lot of stuff from here cross-posted, some of it will be the same, some of it will be edited and adjusted for a different take, because it's been years and I see it differently. Some things there will be things you've never seen here before, for whatever reason. A friend suggested I explore multiple forums and multiple platforms to further develop my skills. I am slowly working to take that advice in addition to updating things. If you're curious, the pen name is the same.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I'm NOT abandoning anything on this site. If it's unfinished, then it's a bit like that sweater I've been trying to crochet for a decade...I'm gonna get it sooner or later, and I'm gonna finish. It takes time, especially since, like most fan-fic writers, I do have other, somewhat more vital commitments.

Fav. Music: Jpop, Soundtracks, Celtic Rock, and just about anything that catches my ear...

Favorite anime: Fruits Basket, Kyo kara Maou, Trinity Blood...and whatever the favorite of the week is.

Favorite other shows: Star Trek (Original, TNG and DS9), Babylon 5, NCIS, CSI (all of them but Miami especially), Fringe, Once Upon A Time, Supernatural, and whatever my favorite of the week is.
