these are my thoughts on how the Naruto world powers work.

Abilities

Bijuu

Juubi

Ability to absorb, manipulate, and make any type of energy. By absorbing energy the user can add on to their chakra/energy stores.

The most important ability the Bijuu and to a greater extent the Juubi had was to manipulate the chakra around them, not just their internal supplies.

the juubi grants the host the ability with soul flexation. meaning that the user can hold any number of souls in oneself or to be more blunt they do not have a limit to the amount of power they can hold.

Rinnegan

Deva Path

The Deva Path (Tendo), main abilities revolved around manipulating, producing, and controlling the elements/(matter) and YinYang-release/(reality). A secondary ability is to control the fundamental forces of the universe. For each user it is different what the get to use at first but a master can use all four. There are a few that have infinite potential.

Asura Path

The Asura Path's (Shurado), main ability is that of having a complete control over ones form. The Basic form is three pairs of arms and three face on the head, but after training one can change anything. A master of this ability doesn't need or have a form i.e. they are formless. As a side effect of this a second ability is that the more control the user has the greater the users chakra control is.

Human Path

The Human Path (Ningendo) allows the user to observe, attack, or remove souls. The user can take all the knowledge, powers/abilities, and their form due to the users understanding of the victims DNA by simply touching them

Animal Path

The Animal Path (Chikushodo) ability it will allow the user to create any creature of their choice using their yang chakra for the body and their yin chakra for the soul to control it. Because the paths are not the true holder of the Rinnegan the abilities that they use are a lesser version, the animal path uses a weaker version of the Banbutsu Sōzō.

Preta Path

The Preta Path (Gakido) can absorb any energy, attack base or otherwise. This ability paired with the human paths ability allows the user to add the power (chakra/soul) of the victim to increase the users chakra compasisity. A master of this ability will always have full reserves because they take in energy from around them at all times because it acts like a natural sage mode.

Naraka Path

The Naraka Path (Jigokudo) can control life and death, makes people more susceptible to following the users orders, and can tell when someone is lying. For weaker users they can summon the king path to make these things happen easier or for wide spread area affect.

Outer Path

The Outer Path (Gedo) can summon the demonic statue, the Juubi's body, of gigantic size, much larger then summons, that can not be destroyed, an ability of the path is to be use as a chakra battery.

Other Abilities that are to strong for the paths and remain in the real one.

The rinnegan allows the user the ability to completely and forever control of their chakra by useing control mediation.(Ex: if the user has 30% control it will always stay at 30% even as the chakra stores grow.)

Banbutsu Sōzō - this jutsu allows the users to create anything they want

Yin-Yang Chakra - this with the Rinnegan allows the user to control reality

Uzumaki bloodline

1. High speed regeneration increased, Muscle density, and flexibility to give the body unmatched strength, speed, stamina, agility, flexibility, reflexes, durability, metabolism, perception, and slowed aging, the most advanced case is stopping their aging. Bone density is increased to the point that the bones, while still weighing the same as normal Bones, become unbreakable and an Immunity to any and all Poisons, Toxins, Viruses, and Diseases.

2. Perfect Energy control, along with much denser chakra on the level with the other tailed beasts, that is because the uzumaki have the ability that perfectly balences out their yin and yang chakra.(when ones chakra is perfectly balenced the power grows exponencly). This allows the user to less chakra, this has a side affect of a bigger chakra network, down side is that it makes chakra control harder. The ability the user can do is make weapons, or anything else, out of pure chakra.

3. Power stablation - the uzumaki clan has the ability to hold all of the sages powers.

4. Power absorption - the ability to take the powers of others. Very few people know of this ability and fewer know about it because it is transcendent as well coming in different forms.

The Uzumaki clan also has a seal that when placed on someone let's them have a god-like level of control of the elements/matter the user has. The ability is called chakra weaving.

As a side note while the Uchiha and Senju are able to unlock the Rinnegan by using the other clans DNA they cannot unlock all of the Sages powers to their fullest without the Uzumaki DNA.

Two lights

This bloodline give the user the ability to assimilate other energy(chakra) types and mix it with the users own chakra two make a stronger newer version. A master at this bloodline can separate the different chakra and use them.

Mutation/blacklight when upgraded

This bloodline allows the user to control their biomass with the aid of a enzyme produced by the body. The user can safely have genetic damage without risk of dying because this bloodline allows mutation. This ability also gives the user advanced healing. down side is when the user takes in more DNA, unless they have the power to control it they can go insain.

Senju bloodline

1.Elemental control

This allows the user to, after training, have god-like control over their elements (like how the 2nd hokage was with water). A master of this aspect can even control the true elements not just chakra based ones or have to put chakra into thing to control them.

2.Elemental combination

This allows the user to make sub elements only if they have the base elements for it.

3.Can suppress demonic chakra by calming them down

4.Yang

4.1 This allow the user to have affinity for Iryojutsu/healing

4.2 Can make the chakra based elements into real elements that don't need chakra to sustain them. (like how the 1st hokage made the forset and the wall of konoha, if anyone else made them they would have gone away after use.) Once the element is made commone rules effect them, like ice melts.

4.3 Because of the yang chakra they got from the six path sage a master of the bloodline becomes a living element when they want to. like how yamoto can make trees grow out of himself. downside user has the same weakness as the element they are repasenting.

4.4 Yang chakra makes genjutsu more real to the point people some times can't get out because they think its real. like the Bringer-of-Darkness Technique hiruzen knew about it but couldn't get out.

4.5 This bloodline also give the user stronger physical energy then others, this makes their taijutsu and ninjutsu stronger.

4.6 All clan members age slower then normal but a master of their bloodline stops aging, but they can be killed just as easly. (aging slower and healing are not the same thing)

4.7 The user has the potential to control matter.

Uchiha bloodline

1 Can control demonic chakra, and deamons to an extent

2 Yin

2.1 Gives the person an affinity for genjutsu and gives it a power up.

2.2 Gives ninjutsu a power up. ninjutsu is easyer to control

2.3 Gives user a stronger mind and spiritual energy than others. These get stronger with every level of the sharingan to the point where the user can make the soul and the mind immortal.

3 At the EMS level the users mind can learn things that take normal people years to learn in days.

4 The user has the potential to time and space.

Dojutsu

The eye is able to see the flow of chakra, and can see different forms of chakra.

It can tell when the user is in a genjutsu, it also helps stop genjutsu that is affecting the user.

Allows user to perseve time at a slower rate. Gets stronger as it levels up.

Makes the user memorize anything they see.

The sharingan final common ability is a unique brand of hypnosis. Someone that has mastered this can even control the Buji.

the uchiha clan can activate the Rinnegan like the Uzumaki but it has only happened once. when it activates the Uchihas strong Yin chakra is then matched in amount by the yang making them even stronger.

Deidara bloodline

Seal induced bloodline

Allows user to knead chakra into materials. With this the user a master at form manipulation only limited by imagination and the chakra one has. Clay manipulation is just one way to use it, it is better to use earth based materials.

User bloodline

The user has the ability to charge an object with energy so that it will explode.

Konan bloodline

Chakra folding.

Large chakra stores.

Zetsu bloodline

Allows the user to become one with a planetary body and control it completely. So long as they have the energy to do it.

Give the user the ability to transform completely into anyone they have touched. When transformed no one can tell. (Ex: smell, touch, sight, mind reader.)

Allows the user not to be sensed.

Has senju bloodline.

Can focus on many tasks at once. Can cause MPD but in a rinnegan user it allows the person to focus on many tasks at once. All depends on the users mental strength.

Orochimaru bloodline

Has the ability to have his chakra take over other bodies so they turn in to a clone of the original body. The user has to have more chakra then the victim to complete this process also if the victim has a stronger mind the user can fail and die. The users chakra stores grows each time this happens. (Ex: the victims stores are added onto the users). When this happens the user has to usually give his old body.

The user has vary potent chakra just under the buji at the highest level in potency (not like the uzumaki in thickness but how it feels). Because of the affects of the chakra other creatures are naturally afraid of the user. Over time an user can learn to turn off the "fear factor".

knowledge can be passed down to off springs through the mother of this bloodline, with the effect that males can become females if the take over a body anyone can pass down knowledge

Kisame bloodline

Has a high affinity for water manipulation.

Gives the user shark like ability. (i.e. Can see electromagnetic spectrum, breath under water.)

Allows the user to make treads out of chakra and allows the user to make their body out of treads.

A beginner at the bloodline can take the hearts of the dead to extend their life-span. A master can take the life force by simple touch; this also leads to an increased healing factor by using the extra life force to completely regenerate wounds, as long as there is some tread left you can be healed.

Immortality in the way that the user can't be killed in any normal way, the user does not age after they die for the first time. The user still needs food, water, and sleep to survive, they don't need to do any of these things but by doing them it will keep their body's from dying constantly.

upgrade

The body work indapenditily when separated. At the highest level the body part will always have chakra connecting different body part and will put them back together. The user has a slow regenerative factor.

Sasori bloodline

Higher intelligent to the point that a user of 100 iq would go up to 300 iq.

The users chakra is easier to control because is run smoothly like a med-nin. The user can have complete control of their chakra with training.
