Author has written 1 story for Twilight.
"I could see it in your eyes, that you honestly believed that I didn't want you anymore. The most absurd, ridiculous concept - as if there were any way that I could exist without needing you!" Stephenie Meyer, New Moon, Page 450.
When I closed the last page on Breaking Dawn I was at a loss. How was I ever going to re-enter reality and keep going without the wonderful characters that Stephenie Meyer had created that had kept me enthralled and entertained for so long. After scouring and reading every out-take and extra on Stephenie's website - I was at a loss. There was talk of a movie, but it was only just being filmed. I needed a Cullen hit and then a lovely friend suggested that I read a story on here - and I found a whole new world.
I love reading FanFiction about Twilight and enjoy experiencing the different ways that the talented writers on this site create the stories and situations that they then put the characters in. Both faithful to the original story as well as outside of it. I am very much a HEA's (Happily Ever After's) girl and I love stories that have the tension and the angst that through the story lead to the HEA.
I never thought that I would EVER put anything on this website. I am a reader, not a writer. I missed a friend's birthday and only remebered that afternoon. So in desperation I wrote a short paragraph about her and her favourite Cullen and put it on a forum that we both use to wish her a great night. Then I had a friend who felt sad - so I did the same again for her. That was it.
When the Indie Twific First Writers One Shot Challenge came to my attention I couldn't wait to read the entries. A friend suggested I give it a go. I laughed - like I could ever do that. With a lot of encouragement from my very dear friends I gave it a shot.
Fingers crossed that my story is even half as good as the amazing writers on here. I can't believe that so many people have such talented writing ability. I do have my favourites - so please look at the wonderful writers that I have in my Favourites and I hope that their writing gives you the same pleasure that they give to me!
