Update: 18 February 2019: Eight years have gone by since I last looked at my FanFiction account. Life has treated me well for the most part but the perils of adulthood are many. Adventures and quests litter the road behind me and they are scattered on the journey ahead. Some have been failures, others triumphs, but all are a part of this thing we call "existing". I do not know what life will continue to bring me so I cannot promise to be consistent here; I can promise effort. Sometimes that's all that we can ask.

Twenty-nine years old, nearly thirty. Of course, almost nothing has gone according to plan thus far. College is behind me (but the loans are not). Went out and bought my first home all my own, which says more than it doesn't. Work is my life at the moment and bills steer the ship. Writing is something that I had to put behind me for a long time. Recently, however, I realized that I need to bring it back, work on myself, and revive some of my old talents. To those of you that used to enjoy what I came up with, work with me; it's going to be rough sailing in the weeks ahead. To the newcomers, sit back! Stay awhile! You may find something that you like.

To anyone and everyone, feel free to drop me a line. They tell me that I've become more approachable over the years. Feel free to test that theory.

Update: 17 August 2011: Finally! I've gotten a new laptop! My readers can look forward to more chapters since I've come back into the world of technology! Writing by hand was just way too slow. Also, no spell check? Please no. That's my secret weapon for writing! Anyway, I just wanted to make that public.

While I'm typing this, I wanted to give out my fictionpress url too. I've had one for a while now but I haven't been into posting much. As most of you already know, fictionpress is for posting ORIGINAL works so if you like my fanfictions, you might be a fan of my original ideas.

If you have a fictionpress account then you might already know that it's much harder to get reviews on that site than on this one. Remember what I said, ladies and gentlemen! If you review my work, I'll gladly return the favor!

Update: 24 July 2011: I've got a spot of bad news for my readers. My laptop died last week and we all know how traumatic and devastating that is to a writer! I'm trying to get it fixed as we speak but no one knows whether or not she'll recover. It might take a few weeks to know anything about it. While she's being repaired, I'm going to be updating chapters when I can but it won't be too often. Look for two updates or so a week.

I hate to do that to my readers but there's really nothing that I can do. In the meantime, please share my name to your friends to help boost my review numbers and hits and such. Hopefully, I get my computer up and running soon! Cross your fingers!

Even though I can't type my chapters out, I'm still handwriting them and reading others on this site. If you leave a review on one of my stories then I'll get the email and go review something of yours. I like to share the love with other aspiring writers! Criticism is your best friend, it really is.

Update: 09 July 2011: Hello all! After the success that my first completed fanfiction had, I decided to turn up the heat, so to speak, and throw out some more pieces in different categories. Take a look at them if you're interested. As always, I love my reviewers!

Speaking of those reviewers, I'm starting to get out there and really read the work of other people. I was missing out on a lot of good pieces by other people while I was so focused on what I was working on. Now, however, I'm sharing the love! If you have something that you want me to take a look at and give you an honest assessment of, just send me a Private Message with the story name and I'd be glad to help you out!

Also along those same lines, in order to get more reviews, if you review ANYTHING of mine then I'll review something for you. It's just my way of returning the favor to those who take the time to read and review!

In the meantime, I hope that everyone is well and enjoying life! Things on my end are complicated but I believe that time and positive thinking will help me get back on track. Until then, my music and writing are my vices that keep me sane.

Update: 17 June 2011: I've finally finished my first fanfiction EVER! This is a very exciting moment for me! Of course, I didn't want the romance and action to end there so I created a sequel to continue with the passion!

I've recently gone through a lot of major life changes so I'm doing my best to sort it all out. My writing has been sporadic, at best, and I'm asking all of my readers to try to be understanding as I go through another period of writer's block. I keep turning out chapters but some are better than others in terms of how they're written. Bear with me and I'll try my best to gather up my marbles and keep pressing on!

Hello all!

My name is Christina and I'm fresh out of five years of military school. You would think that it killed my creativity and artistic talents with all of that marching and conformity.

Well... It did.

Up until that point, I had been writing for a majority of my life. It was always a passion of mine until the years of military school hurt my individuality. I've been out and free since May of 2010 and my past talent has only just resurfaced. It took countless nights of torn paper and tears of frustration but I'm finally where I left off!

At least, I think I am. It remains to be seen.

I'm 21 years old. I'm currently in my third year of college, diligently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in English.

My favorite fanfictions are Hermione Granger/Severus Snape (Harry Potter) romances, Smallville, Superman, and Supernatural. I'll read fanfictions from the Twilight Saga only if I'm in the right kind of mood because the movies really killed my love of the books.

Anyway, this is me.

I opened up my beta profile not too long ago and I'm always up for looking at a piece that needs to be edited by someone on the outside.

After all, I'd love for my life's career to be in Editing or Publishing!

One day though, I dream of becoming a full time writer, spending my days at my desk and submitting what I turn out to publishers. If I work hard enough and keep refining my work, who knows? I might just get there!
