Author has written 16 stories for Pokémon.
Update (may 12, 2014): I feel like I am repeating myself, again almost a year has passed with no story updates. But there is some good news, I am working on a new chapter for "Reunion". As usual, no release date promises, but at the moment I feel like I am making good progress, so I think you will like the result.
Those that kept waiting for updates, and/or have favored my stories or me in the meantime, kudos to you, I truly value your patience and support! Thanks!
And as always, please review any new chapter when it gets published, and perhaps, while you are at it, you could even spare a moment to add a few commenting words to chapters you've read before. Your efforts are highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Well. what can I say about my myself? I'm a fan of Pokémon from the beginning of the anime series. I guess I fell in love with those strange creatures instantly. After some years, I didn't watch TV that much, and Pokémon became less important to me.
Then my wife bought a Nintendo DS, and I found out about the Diamond and Pearl games. I got hooked again, bought my own DS and started watching episodes, buying DVD's etc. I found out about sites about Pokémon such as Bulbapedia and it's forum. At the same time I saw the Battle Dimension episodes about Angie (Aoi) and I thought they would make such a nice couple. Especially after the way Ash saves her from that ghost in "Ghoul Daze" where he says he won't let go of Angie, even if it means forever. That part still gives me a very special feeling.
I decided to try write a story about how Angie and Ash would meet again, and then her love for him would be revealed. My first story, "Angie's Goodbye" was born. I liked how it turned out, and fantasized about the two travelling together for a while. So a new episode was created, and then the idea for another came, and they still keep coming. Sometimes the key events in an episode are formed in my mind, and I write the entire episode in almost one session. But I also keep a little document in which I note every idea that comes to mind, but doesn't fit into a story yet. I check this document on a regular basis, and sometimes I see a few ideas in it that would make a nice episode when combined. And sometimes I just start writing an introduction, and then events to happen in the story come up naturally. So I don't use a particular method, but whatever fits me best at that moment. Writing sure is addictive, and I also see it as a way to make a possible future for Ash and Angie in the anime appear more likely.
Actually, I am not a writer that has been writing all his life. I did get along well at school with languages, but I am actually more of a technician and listening to music is more my kind of hobby than reading books. In my daily job I fix xeroxing machines, which is quite something different than writing fanfics with sometimes a romantic moment here and there, right? However, I am also rather sensitive, for example watching the end of the Pokémon Heroes movie, brings me almost to tears, because I really feel for what is going on at that moment. So maybe this writing I've rather recently started with, helps me giving this side of me some space.
Anyway, I hope you like my stories, and if you also wish Ash and Angie all the best together, reviews here, and posting on the special MorpheusShipping thread on Bulbagarden forums, is greatly appreciated.
P.S. Constructive reviews of my stories are greatly appreciated and I will try to answer every single review personally!
Announcement: All loose episodes have now been re-grouped into collections. Those who were currently reading the latest episodes, like 31 and 32, will now find those in collection 8.
Important note: I have noticed the link to the great MorpheusShipping picture by Endless-Summer181, that inspired me to start writing the "Our Life Together" story, gets corrupted when I post in in the header of my chapters. I'll give the full link here, so now you can all finally enjoy this picture.
I think readers that are new to my stories, might get a little confused about in which order they should be read, so here's a little help.
The stories "I'll Never Let Go" and the recently added "Reunion" stand pretty much on their own. The other stories are part of a larger "MorpheusShipping timeline" and linked to each other. It begins with "Snowflakes or Love" which is set somewhere between Ash leaving Solaceon Town and competing in the Sinnoh League. "A Fateful Encounter" and "Angie's Goodbye" take place around the Sinnoh League. After this comes a whole series of episodes in which Angie and Ash travel together, bundled in the so called "Collections". Some years later I would place "Ash's Question" and then again some years later "Our Life Together" as in that story Ash and Angie are married, but still have some adventures on a regular basis, as you will see. Hope this clears things up for everyone.
