PREFACE_ READ THIS THING!!!!: The first thing to be aware of. I don't ever intend to abandon any of the stories I have written out more then one chapter of. The one story I ever abandoned, called 'When You're a God,' was a crack fic that I wrote out the first chapter of on a lark. It didn't have any of the planning that the rest of my stories have and it was written a long time ago. It is up for adoption if anyone wants it. These facts stated, anyone who wants to can use anything I've written down in any of my fis, abandoned or not, at anytime they wish. I have no actual copyrights in my name, and find the idea of owning an idea, or piece of purely intellectual material- such as a story or song- utterly ridiculous. It is literally thoughts either written down or vocalized... once someone else is aware of it, it is no longer yours, it's theirs as well, and further more, with the number of people who have lived and will eventually have lived, any idea that ever happens has likely happened already, or will happen, without your particular idea influencing it anyway. I digress. I don't care if you repost any story I have or will have and then run with the idea along your own thought train. I'll prolly even read it and bookmark it...
Age: However old I feel like telling you I am at the moment, let's say 87.
Occupation: Up and coming journalist.
Likes: ... Things.
Dislikes: ... Things that aren't Things.
Dreams for the future: That.
A Wolf Clans Rise: A Sword Art Online possible AU, wherein an OC self-insert establishes his own guild and wages war on the PK'ers of Aincrad.
And After It's Broken: One of the only one shots in my story line-up. It's a sequel of a story called The Time Loop, written with the original authors permission. The reason it's one of my only one shots? It's one of the only ones that doesn't nag at me to write more.
And the Multiverse Fell: My DBZXNaruto crossover, with a fairly ridiculous premise. Buu survives Goku's Spirit Bomb and by escaping to the Naruto-verse. Fuses with Naruto in such a manner that it acts as the potara fusion, irreversible and the product is greater than the sum of his parts... God-status Majin Naruto basically.
Crack of Thunder and Ice: My HP timetravel fic, which I later revealed to also be a crossover fic with Negima! because why the hell not, right?
Easier and More Fun Than Falling Asleep: An HP fic set after Harry's death. One shot because it doesn't nag at me to write more of it.
The Greatest Familiar: My Naruto FoZ crossover, where Kurama is summoned rather than a ninja. Updates come slowly because I'm trying to make both of them sympathetic and likable while maintain Kurama as a badass.
The New Demon: My NarutoXSpiderman crossover, adopted from The Six Paths To pain. Written because most of the crossovers in this section with this premise don't appeal to me for one reason or another, and this ones original did, so I wanted it to continue.
When You're a God: Discontinued due to the fact that I no longer have any interest in this fic whatsoever, and because it was never very popular to begin with, if anyone wants it they can just take it.
I can't really do the story completion progress thing, I just... My muse comes and goes so sporadically that it's more of a tease than anything. So yeah. But I'll post when I post so keep your chins up guys! The chapters are coming! Just... not very quickly due to a low amount of drive to write and a slight lack of inspiration.
To explain just why I need inspiration I'm gonna give you a run down of my writing process. I get an idea, my own or from reading a different authors fanfic and thinking that I'd like to put my own spin on it, and I write out the first chapter. Before I post that chapter I look at what the characters are doing and try to figure out their motivations, why they are doing those things. Then I try to figure out the sequence of events that seems to me to be the most likely to have lead them to have said motivations, which gives me their backstories. Then, I sit for three days to eight weeks trying to puzzle out where I want the story to go from beginning to end and what events will lead them there, after which I write up a rough timeline with only a bit of detail. This is when I post the first chapter. the rest of the chapters are written up when I get a moderately good to absolutely fucking amazing idea on how to fill in the details of a point on said timeline, leading to a writing frenzy and the chapter being done in a few hours to a few days. I've been writing up stuff for And the Multiverse Fell because the chapter that's up is the prologue and the first chapter hadn't been written at the point that it was posted.
Now I'm waiting on that spark of inspiration, and currently am trying to force myself to write the next chapter of The New Demon, my NarutoXSpiderman crossover that I adopted. It isn't working and none of the stuff I'm writing feels right at all. So I'm gonna go back to waiting. I realize that this process is likely tedious for you all, and I apologize, but it's the only way I can write a story. And I tried one shots... They nag at my soul until I write more. The Greatest Familiar was supposed to be a one shot, but it tortured me until I wrote up a timeline for it.
Speaking of, you guys can take the original premise of each of my stories as a challenge if you want. Heh, maybe I'll get a TVTropes page one day! (In my dreams...)
