Long time no see?
Life has kept me super busy, so sorry for the lack of updates. I got a job as a waitress this past summer and most of my time is devoted to that. I'm still writing though, don't worry.
Keep an eye out for things!
Over and out,

Target: Maggie Lune's life was pretty basic until one catastrophic trip to the doctor changed her life. As she is thrown in the middle of a war by a friend who had no other choice, she struggles with being a half-blood and finding her place in this new world. With the help of three new friends and many others along the way, Maggie may have a chance of figuring out what it's like to be a demigod--if she can survive a war first.
As you can probably tell I have already started re-doing this. I am so much happier with my results and I no longer dread having to update it. The only annoying part is searching through my old chapters to find good material to use in the new ones. Other than that, this story should--hopefully--be done before next year! No promises since I'll be starting college soon, but I'll try my best!
Three's A Crowd: It was just the two of them. Alone. The Shadow Realm gave a whole new meaning to "afraid of the unknown." Leaving was impossible. Ahead was unpredictable. The only thing that seemed to be consistent was the company, but even that wasn't certain. Unable to do anything else after being sent to the Shadow Realm by Marik, Ryou and Malik wander in the shadows, attempting to find a way out without falling into the traps and clutches of the Shadow Realm. Along the way they end up teaming up with Bakura, an uncomfortable truce amongst them and defiantly defining the phrase, "three's a crowd."
Also another re-vamp story. This one doesn't need as much work as Target, but it needs a plot. However, I have a secret weapon up my sleeve that I've been sneaking throughout chapters. This little device is the reason I found motivation and ideas to continue. I can already say this one won't be as long as my PJO one; my goal is to get at least thirteen chapters. The ending is easy because I just need to follow the episodes and I have lovely little episode guide so I don't have to suffer through the duels. (The funny part is, one of the chapters is going to have a duel... maybe.)
Possession: She cried of it being evil and cursed with an eviler power than they could imagine. Her last words were, "His eyes! His red eyes! He laughs, oh he laughs! You are all just silly mortals." Silly innocent souls. Guilty.
Status: Who knows?
Nothing I'm seriously worried about. This is if I am having trouble with a plot or when inspiration hits me.
Of the Cosmos and Stars: 50 theme challenge. A study of the Yu-Gi-Oh! characters at pivotal and other various moments in their lives.
Status: Who knows?
Just something fun to keep my mind working and to relieve some stress. Nothing that is really a "serious" story.
Puppets: Puppets can never do what they want. They only do what their master lets them, forcing them to dance. Ryou feels like a hopeless puppet who will never be able to severe the strings.
It is a total anti-tendershipping, and my most honest opinion on the relationship between Ryou and Bakura. I see they hate each other. Ryou wants to do what is right and actually is friends with Yugi-tachi, though they are a bit cautious around him. Bakura just loves making his life miserable. I know other people say that have some sort of agreement, but to me, these two can never get along though they balance each other perfectly.
Unlucky: But Ryou has terrible luck. A violent smile flashed across Bakura's face. He chuckled throatily, a dangerous spark in his red-tinted eyes. "Happy Birthday, little Ryou," he whispered before disappearing back into the Ring.
Another Ryou-Bakura dislike each other bit. An earlier story, but still gets my point across.
Running to the Eye of the Storm: The Voice laughed wildly, the sound edging to the side of insanity. "You are calling ME a monster. Oh, hikari, hikari. If you call me a monster, you also call yourself a monster." "I will never be you." Smoke billowed in the distance and the teen worried about the Spirit. He wondered how this started and what he could do to stop it. Character study. One-shot.
Something I came up with to study for a vocab test--hence why some of the word choices are odd--and an excuse to write my views of the Malik-Marik relationship. Malik is misunderstood, very smart, observant and does want to be a good person, though he doesn't always know how to do it--not to mention his lack of common sense. I also feel at first, he is not that thrilled with the pharaoh, but a majority of his hate and anger comes from Marik, who is the man behind the curtain, though to an extent. Of course he doesn't like being a Tomb Keeper and is very happy with the outside world. Marik just wants to take over the world and kill as many people as possible. Simple as that. He's chaotic, unstable, and a psychopath.
Just Dial: She's waiting for a call. He's not sure if he can. And the rain falls no matter what either say.
A one-shot of a story that never happened. I like this too much to get rid of it though.
