I am MissUse. I came here to share my passion with the passions of others. Writing is a beautiful thing; an art that expresses what cannot be expressed otherwise. Since I was young, it has been my outlet, helping me through happiest and darkest times of my life.
Of the various fandoms that I have gone through, two have remained a constant for years. Even when I moved on to something else for a time, I always eventually return to my first two. They represent to me all that I love in life, and all the struggles that I face. Everyone has their favorite fandoms and they are usually that because you are able to deeply connect to them somehow.
The fandoms that I have always found myself drawn to are the ones that, though the characters struggle and face impossible odds, find a way to laugh. That's something I relate with. Not unlike most people, I have struggled, but that only taught me to find joy and beauty in everything and everyone. It taught me to laugh. It's such a hard thing to do, especially for those who have truly suffered. But suffering does not have to be reality, because life is a lot like a phoenix. Sometimes you burn, but you can rise from the ashes as something more beautiful than you could have ever hoped to be before.
I suffer, I rise, I hurt, and I laugh.
Doris Day: “I like joy; I want to be joyous. I want to smile and I want to make people laugh. And thats all I want. I like being happy. I want to make others happy.”
Riley Poole: "Albuquerque. See, I can do it, too. Snorkel."
The Child Thief: “And Peter laughed, and when he did, all the Devils grinned, because Peter's laugh was a most contagious thing.”
Doctor: "Oh, I'M pretty boy!"
Dryden: "Beware the fury of a patient man."
Balthazar: "I have something I want to show you, Dave."
Dave: "How'd you know my name was Dave?"
Balthazar: "Because I can read minds!"
Balthazar: "Its on your backpack."
