Author has written 20 stories for Dragon Age, Mass Effect, and Warhammer.
Having wanted to write for years, my love of writing and my unholy addiction to Dragon Age have come together to make me want to try my hand at fanfiction, and so I will! Thanks to recent events, that writing bug has extended to Mass Effect and there are other ideas now coming that are begging for attention (Warhammer is a rich mind to be plumbed, among other things!)-I'm likely to go to my grave with half-finished stories buried with me to complete in the afterlife!
I have a great weakness for fantasy fiction, as many of you have gathered (Tolkien, Martin and Lewis are great inspirations) and the rich canvas Bioware has given us is a wonderful thing to play with.
Favourite characters from DA:Origins & DA2: Leliana, Morrigan, Merrill, Varric, Dorian, too many others to say
Least favourite: Loghain, Rendon Howe, Orsino, Sebastien, Anders (especially Anders!), Sera (I despise her)
Favourite characters from Mass Effect series: Tali, Ashley, Garrus, Wrex, Grunt, Javik
Least favourite: Kaiden, Miranda (they're not really bad, I just feel less unhappy about sacrificing them)
Favourite races from Warhammer: Space Marines, Chaos Space Marines, Tyranids, Dark Elves (before the idiocy that was the End Times!)
Most hated races from Warhammer: Tau, Eldar
Bio: I'm 22 years old from London, with a love of writing (I'd sell my soul to be an author), an even greater love of the fantasy genre and a great addiction to tale-telling. Uni is long behind me, but the constant running around trying to find a job in recent months is really eating into my time and inclination to write (Writer's block is a constant nemesis) but I don't intend to let it stop me, and have no fear, I'll be writing here as often as I can- I never leave things half done.
Update: To all who've been waiting patiently for more, let me explain everything that's kept me away from this- for the last two years, I've been dealing with personal problems, other projects and a general dearth of ideas of how to continue the stories I'd written on here (though the world of Thedas was too deeply entrenched; the leadup to DAI more or less robbed me of much desire to continue as my original ideas, I realised, were going to have to be significantly changed to fit in to the new lore. However, after finishing Inquisition and having my enthusiasm for the world of Dragon Age reinvigorated, I am slowly in the process of picking up where I left off; most of my writing is likely to be more of a slow-burning thing as I don't have much time to write these days and I am working on a personal novel of my own for publication, but I do intend to get back to it...I ask for forgiveness in keeping you all waiting and a little more patience as I set things in order to continue where we left off...
Quote that sums me up: "I want to be remembered when I'm dead. I want books written about me, I want songs sung about me and then, hundreds of years from now, I want episodes from my life to be played out weekly at half past 9 by some great heroic actor of the age"- Edmund Blackadder.
