FRIENDS, CARTOONS AND GREAT NOVELS ARE LIKE BEER. THE BEST ARE NEVER ADVERTISED-- Novalia1001.
Welcome friends, readers, or random passer by's who have found a way onto my niche in this cybernetic world! Aware that people don't really like reading super long profiles (I know that I don't) I shall keep notes of myself, my ideals and funny tidbits as moderate as possible.
Or if you like, just skip everything.
For Storm Hawks fans:
I LOVE Storm Hawks. Love it! My favorite character is Finn because of humor and skill. Aerrow's great as a leader and as a teenager. I like his character because he's able to maintain he's a kid as well as the commanding officer with the world of the Atmos on his hands. I only wish that Dark Ace would beat him up more often though, get Aerrow's nonexistent ego a good bruise now and then. Speaking of which: anybody notice that Dark Ace resembles Monte Ficsh/Monkey Fist from Kim Possible? Go ahead, Google it, I'll wait.
Who doesn't love Storm Hawks animation? The articulation placed into each skimmer, from the engineering to the scuff marks, is worthy of resounding applause. In the pursuit of animation, I hope to be as great as that one day. And who doesn't love the terras? Tell me your favourites! Mine is Terra Gale. The place is nothing now, but it was a sweet place when not fighting Cyclonians.
Piper's a stick in the mud, but statistically someone has to be. I love her. After all, if she has fun or leaves the ship, the Condor falls out of the sky. Don't believe me? "Storm Warning", "Royal Twist", "Best Friends Forever"...and of course her dry humor and smart-ass comments I adore.
Stork fans put your hands in the air! He's great. A complicated character to write, sometimes, 'cause you gotta make him serious and humorous at the same time. Junko is harder because he's simple, but not foolish, albeit somewhat naive, and Radarr is even harder. For me his character is hard to gauge because he doesn't have a language. Until Finn spoke with him in "The Ultra Dudes", he was fun to watch but a pain to reincorporate into my work.
Villains anyone? Dark Ace and Master Cyclonis tie for elite awesomeness only to be divided by Night Crawlers; Ravess is the best stick in the mud (why didn't she ever fight Piper?); Snipe is the funniest; Raptor is the scariest...up to when the Condor blew up. Stork outranked him.
Sorry that it ended as it did, but at least it was great while it lasted.
For Black Cat fans:
I'm a manga-holic. That being said though I right a lot of Train x Eve fics, I'm not into them for a lasting relationship. Eve hangs out with adult men all the time, namely Train and Sven. While in the anime she developed a crush for Volfied, a relationship with Train just looks cuter. The problem is that she's revolted by his personality. She's probably be more attracted to Black Cat rather than Train Heartnet. Eve shows interest in Kevin more than anyone else in the manga, though I've nothing more than a brief smile to prove it, and she offered that at least once to others too.
Anyway, it was a great manga. Excellent manga. The anime couldn't dare compare although the ending was an interesting touch. Less realistic in their universe, but interesting. I used the anime to practice my Spanish. That's all it was good for through my eyes.
Train and Sven are super hard to draw because of their hair. Eve and Rins and Saya and Kyoko and Leon were pretty easy...but god; manga Train's harder to draw than his anime version!
For Special A fans:
I never completed the manga and I'm not an anime gal. My friends told me they proposed. Uh...aren't they teenagers? Don't they know the perils of marriage? They fight enough already!
For El Tigre fans:
Know anywhere I can watch the shows online?
I LOVE Manny's character. Frida's his crazy friend wearing the devil's outfit on his left shoulder. But she's a great friend too and the adults were crazy entertaining. It's the typical depiction of a Hispanic community apparently (superhero style) and Miracle City seems to be in Mexico. When I first watched it, I simply found it fun. I never considered the fact that Frida's father let the dogs on Manny for more reason than he's just a cat, or that his constant struggle between good and evil would be particularly hard because of his violent neighborhood, or that the mayor was a pimp with a gold boat.
It all makes sense now...
And the crazy long names? EXCELLENT.
