My name is Marissa, and I am Jewish liberal idealist red-headed female 17-year-old writer. I write fanfiction because it combines two of the biggest aspects of my life: my passion for writing and the fact that my favorite books, TV shows, movies, and musicals seem to rule my life - I quote things all the time, and I can turn into a rabid, obsessive fangirl for anything I love.
Pixar Animation Studios is the most brilliant company in the entire world, and I am their number one fan. Which is where my penname comes from. Yes, I changed it recently from my long-time penname of FullHouseandPixarLover. I realized that, unfortunately, Full House was no longer my favorite television show - that would be the wonderfulness of Friends!
I also randomly become obsessed with certain books and movies and TV shows for a period of time. Besides my current obsession for Pixar, which I don't see ending any time soon, I'm totally obsessed with Scrubs. The specific character my obsession centers on changes, like, every week (right now it's Doug Murphy), but I really am obsessed with the show as a whole. I still love Jimmi Simpson, too. My obsessions change often, so expect this part to be updated frequently.
I like a very wide variety of things, so I will be hopping from fandom to fandom very frequently.
Favorite TV shows: Friends, The Big Bang Theory, Phineas and Ferb, Modern Family, Once Upon A Time, Full House, Adventure Time, I could go on for a very long time so I'll just say etc.

Buzz/Jessie. I have to say, Pixar really hit the nail right on the head when dealing with their relationship in TS3. It was perfect.
Pretty much every possible permutation of Merida, Young Macintosh, Young MacGuffin, and Wee Dingwall. No regrets.
Mondler! The only pairing that can transcend the confines of one single television show. I bawl every time I see them get engaged.
Flintilda! (Flinch/Matilda) I've pretty much stopped writing NERDS, but I still hold title of captain of this ship
Wooden Swan. Totally Wooden Swan. I can see why people would ship Emma with Jefferson or Neil or even Hook -- I mean, they're eye candy, no doubt. But she has so much chemistry with August, and I love him the most. And even though August is six years old now, I still kind of ship it. Like, not in a squicky way, but more in a "Wouldn't it be so cute if Pinoke had a little boy crush on a grown woman?" kind of way.
Also, I ship Snowing so hard because it's canon and adorable and I also love David and Mary Margaret so freaking much. All the people who say that they are a boring couple can just shut up please.
Pairings for Hetalia (currently the only fandom for which I mostly support slash pairings): USUK, RoChu (since I find myself attempting to Americanize even this, the least Japanese anime I've heard of, I wonder, why shouldn't it be called RuChi? Or Ruchi?), and for the straight side of things, the widely underappreciated Estonia/Ukraine.
Finn/Princess Bubblegum. I don't understand why it's so unpopular on this site. It's so cute and so canon, much more canon than the icky Finn/Marceline. Believe it or not, I'm actually pretty okay with Finn/Flame Princess as well.
Eli/Robin from Don't Trust the B. Two endearingly creepy perverts finding solace in each others' crazy. Again, no regrets.
Kevin/Rolf. Rolf/Nazz. Kevin/Nazz. I never thought I would have one, but Kevin/Rolf/Nazz is officially my OT3. NO. FUCKING. REGRETS.
Mary/Mr. Yang from Psych. I saw someone call this ship Promised Land, so I'm going with that. Same reasoning as the Eli/Robin pairing, except this has the added benefit of angsty angst because he dies and she has major daddy issues!
I have two favorite Scrubs ships: the first is Janitor/Elliot, although I ship it one-sidedly (he has a crush on her and it's not returned). The second is Doug/Danni. They're the coroner and Jordan's little sister. Two minor characters no one cares about, and yet I ship them so hard. What the heck is my problem?
