A little bit about me: I'm a grad student working on getting my Masters in English with a creative writing focus. I love writing, and fanfiction is an opportunity for me to write for fun and work on my techniques. I also read a ton of fanfic. I'm always on the lookout for new fics to read.

My two favorite fandoms are HP and LOTR. I despise the Harry/Ginny ship, and my favorite HP fics have Severus and Harry as the main characters. It's so interesting to see a relationship of any type develop between two characters with such a long history of hatred. I prefer a healthy dose of angst, but Severus or Harry better not be killed.

Follow Harry and Severus as Harry's tumultuous fifth year comes to a close, and if losing Sirius wasn't enough, the next phase of Harry's life will prove to be more challenging than ever. Harry will need to learn to trust Severus if he wishes to survive his sixth year, but that trust must come quick when in a few weeks Harry will be dependent on Severus for the simplest tasks.
