Mother of THE FICTIONARY PROJECT, a huge glossary of fanfiction and roleplay terms:
I am the future of the world. Be afraid. Be very, very afraid.
Location: South of Norway but North of Florida. Beliefs: Pastafarian, Church of the Invisible Pink Unicorn, to put it simply: atheist/agnostic, depending on my mood. Decidedly invested in politics but disenchanted with the whole thing. Supports Occupy Wall Street. Would rather like all the humans on Earth to spontaneously die because really we deserve it.
Passions: Short films (watching and creating), reading & writing all things, music, reptiles & cats & spiders, very good food including sushi, The Greater Cat Consciousness Continuum, tea, acting, not singing, urban exploration, tumblring, painting and sketching and cartooning, collecting useless things, collaging, vintage photography, history, cemeteries, ghosts, the supposedly supernatural, exploding things, not boredom, not sports, swearing like a sailor, staring really hard at things trying to awaken my telekinetic powers, hiding under tables at parties, secret codes, typewriters, dead people, murder and murder mysteries, being bad at chess, tarot cards, astrology, magic, cheap books about magic you bought from Goodwill, thrift store shopping, not shopping at malls, not houseflies, listening to spring peepers, old dresses, ZOMBIES, Steampunk, elaborate costumes and cosplay, cryptozoology, museums, anything involving comic books or superheroes or graphic novels, not sitting on chairs, acting like a complete and utter idiot.
Fandoms: Sherlock, Doctor Who, The Sandman, Death Note, Hunger Games, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Harry Potter, Anything Douglas Adams Did Ever But Especially Dirk Gently. House, Bones, X-Men and Big Bang Theory are also favorites of mine but I'm not nearly as fandom-y. Also Homestuck. *evil grin*
Authors: DOUGLAS ADAMS, Kelly Link, Neil Gaiman, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Shakespeare, the list could go on for CENTURIES... Artists: Vincent Van Gogh, Leonardo Da Vinci, Keith Haring, Shaun Tan, Roz Chast, Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Jackson Pollock. Movies: Finding Forrester, Zombieland, Scream, Once, Gattaca, Toy Story, Star Wars, Kickass, Scott Pilgrim. Music: Florence and the Machine, Amanda Palmer/Dresden Dolls, Coldplay, Green Day, Andrew Bird, The Beatles, KT Tunstall, Vampire Weekend, Beach House, Death Cab for Cutie, The Black Keys, Ben Harper, Adele, The Avett Brothers, Digitalism, Keane, Queen, YACHT, 8in8, Young the Giant, Glasvegas, Foster the People, Foxy Shazam, Panic! "The Guide says there is an art to flying", said Ford, "or rather a knack. The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss." -Douglas Adams
Honestly, if you're given the choice between Armageddon or tea, you don't say 'what kind of tea? -Neil Gaiman
"There was something about clowns that was worse than zombies. (Or maybe something that was the same. When you see a zombie, you want to laugh at first. When you see a clown, most people get a little nervous. There's the pallor and the cakey mortician-style makeup, the shuffling and the untidy hair. But clowns were probably malicious, and they moved fast on those little bicycles and in those little crammed cars. Zombies weren't much of anything. They didn't carry musical instruments and they didn't care whether or not you laughed at them. You always knew what zombies wanted.)" -Kelly Link
