Author has written 5 stories for Twilight, and Harry Potter.
I discovered writing about a year ago (March 2009). I first read the Twilight series in January of 2009 and was hooked and hungry for more. After devouring all the extra clips from Stephenie Meyer's page, I stumbled across fan fiction on another site... Ah, something to satisfy my thirst. After lurking for several weeks I wondered - could I write something? So I tried it - a few bits here and there and finally got up the courage to post... I started with a chapter from Eclipse in EPOV and wrote a few more before the idea of writing about Rob and Kristen and the others came to me one day and so I started Actors Hooked on Fan Fiction. This was actually more a story of my own journey into Fan Fiction and writing. During this process, I proposed a story for "Rob" to write - something so ridiculous and littered with problems it would make for some good laughs while "Rob" tried and ultimately failed at writing it. The problem was, once I started writing this ridiculous, impossible story, I couldn't stop and so Cullens go to Hogwarts came into being. I couldn't not write and quickly finished the 600 page document in about 4 months. After that I couldn't let the story go and expanded to Dawn of the Phoenix which I'm currently working on.
So, what happenned to Eclipse EPOV? Well, I'm still working on it as well. All are in the process of edits and rewrites. Now that I've discovered FanFiction.net, my plan is to post much cleaner versions of the stories.
I'm accountant by profession and so I never imagined I'd write anything beyond reports and business letters. This has been a complete surprise to me and I'm glad a few of you are enjoying it too! I try to fit it in as much as I can between real life - family, friends and work, the latter making the most demands on my writing time some weeks. I would say to anyone - if you feel the desire to write, then write. It's been fun, cathartic and a growing experience for me.
