I am going to finish it! I didn't mean to take a hiatus or anything, but I am dealing with a lot of personal stuff right now. I'm sorry it's so long between updates, but I promise I have every intention of finishing this story as I'd originally intended and (hopefully) in a timely fashion. Thank you all so much for your patience and, again, I apologize.

Thank you to everyone for your encouragement and reviews! I'm currently working on finishing Burn and Shine and my plan is to post the rest of it in its entirety once completed. I don't know if anyone is still interested, but I do aim to finish what I started. :)
